PLEASE in the most nicest and humble way.. STOP WITH THE HAULS 😭😭 I cannot relate, and most of us can’t either, with your life style when it comes to spending so much money on clothes or stuff you don’t even need.
Meg, I’ve been subscribed for years. You’ve recently made comments about how you can’t afford childcare but seemingly spend so much money on products that have filled all your latest vlogs with haul content. Things just don’t add up and your subscribers are losing steam and interest. Then you get on your Instagram story and say “the world is different”. Either you have money or you don’t. Practice what you preach. You spent weeks hinting at moving and then that seemingly fell through. The only time you’ve got content that isn’t hauls is when you’re clickbaiting having another child but you’ve said yourself you’re not preparing. Don’t make your subscribers feel guilty for the lifestyle you made yourself live.
Exactly this. On sunday she showed a haul from target/ulta. The beauty products alone were $400+. In my opinion, none of it was a necessity. That money could have paid for Kaden’s daycare. Same goes for the essential oils, Botox, and a brand new car. I’ve been watching her for YEARS, but it’s come to the point that I can’t listen to the complaining anymore. She isn’t doing anything to help herself.
Her finances wnd choices aren’t our business though… either watch or don’t. It’s that easy.

💯💯💯💯 she complains that they can't afford daycare or a new house, or this or that, then spends hundreds of dollars every few weeks on clothing for her (what sahm needs that many new clothes???) And for Kaden... and then hundreds on makeup that she more than likely doesn't really need bc she gets new stuff sent to her all the time...and then.buys a new car. And still complains. Make it make sense!!

Maybe you can film fall clothing/decor hauls, hanging out with your friends, running errands with your son, dinner recipes, getting your nails done, how you style outfits, visiting your parents, going out to eat with your husband, current cleaning products, grocery haul.....just some ideas we'd all love to see besides toddler clothing hauls and sponsored stuff...
I enjoy her toddler hauls personally. She has a wide audience so she can’t always please everyone.
She probably won't be doing half of that stuff now. She said the world's changed and life is different now so vlogs won't be as personal like her family, kid, and her life in general

Good lord. More is more, apparently. Sometimes when I get in a spendy mood, I have to ask myself-“am I going to want this in 6 months?” More often than not the answer is no.
Would be nice to see you doing genuine days out. Not just the days out where you all go out in matching outfits so you can get an “Instagram worthy” picture. Just actually go out and enjoy being out with your kid and your dog.
The matching outfits are a priority and that’s just boring af. She could start another trend now that she’ll have loads of free time to work which is her reason for putting her kid in daycare. She’s got the talent to do great things. She’s squandering it.
Please listen to your subscribers Meg. We’re not hating or bullying, most of us have been with you since the beginning. We understand you’ve grown and you’re not who you were 10 years ago, neither are we. Most of us have kids now too, but PLEASE, 😩 the hauls aren’t enjoyable to watch. Most of are skipping past it and then aren’t left with much left to watch.

I feel like she just puts out these videos because they’re easy to film. Literally sit in front of the camera showing things you bought…little to no editing and no extra effort on her part. I miss when she used to care about the quality of her content she would put out
I love content like this! Honestly why edit and put out this version of having your life perfectly put together etc. could just not watch if her content bothers you now.

If she doesn't enjoy doing UA-cam I think she should quit because I wouldn't want her to be unhappy doing a job she used to really love. She also seems to enjoy instagram more now so maybe she can put everything she has into that somehow.

Why be a vlogger when you can't show any of your life? You should stick to Instagram for these things. You can absolutely do whatever you want on your channel, but people will stop watching if this is the kind of content you put out. If people don't watch, how will you make money? There are plenty of things you could film that don't include friends or family...grocery hauls, what you eat in a day, organizing and cleaning, home projects, decorating for fall, shop with me etc etc. ALWAYS an excuse!

Do you also feel like she doesn't have that "connection" with Kaden? It's so sad to watch her just tell him to stop so many times and she doesn't really talk to him and let's him just do whatever he wants so he doesn't cry or fuss? I just feel like she's changed and is so focused on his looks that she's not even giving him attention and teaching him things... So sad she's trying to get him into daycare when she will be home ALL day. I can tell she misses her ME time.

Literally spent this whole video reading comments…. Sadly I thought I was the only one who felt same way about being tired of hauls….. as a mommy I want to see, nights routine, morning routine. Mommy days, where you go and get your nails done, workout videos. Etc. there’s so much to blog about. A haul here and there is cool. Ps not hating…. Just making an observation:)

Hauls are how she makes money for her family. Like to Know It is a form of her income. If she doesn’t share things and links, she doesn’t make money. Remember, this is her job.

I’ve been watching her since she first started and I’m not a mom YET, but I feel the same way. I feel like she complains about money and budgeting and spends a majority of her time spending money to make content and not enjoying life and spending time w her little one but I don’t see everything not claiming anything ! I think it's clear that it's time for meg to come off UA-cam. Not meaning that in a hateful way because I have been subscribed to her right from the beginning! But you can see she has no passion for this anymore, just doing it for some money. Also, she said herself she chooses not to share personal things anymore because the world is not the same.
If that is the case, she shouldn't be on UA-cam because the people who do well are the ones who share their lives. No one wants to watch haul after haul, as much as I love meg, it is boring.

I agree. I’ve been a very long time subscriber, I feel like I’ve watched Meg grow up on here. But it’s not the same. Her videos have no passion or enjoyment to them (from her). I understand her concerns about privacy, but like you said if you’ve shown your life on here for so many years that’s what your subscribers enjoy watching. If you just want to make some money and show hauls lately and that’s it, sadly I do believe it’s her time to venture on to something she truly will love. Because this isn’t it.
Maybe you don’t like the hauls but I do and many others do to. It’s her channel she can film what she wants quit being so judgmental and find another Chanel to watch!

I really feel that she doesn’t enjoy doing youtube anymore. I used to watch her a lot when she started youtube but now you can see her passion is not there anymore.
I remember when she was pregnant she would say she was so excited to film mommy vlogs and mommy routine but we have hardly see any of that. She probably thought having a baby was going be all about vlogs and all fun and games and realized how much work a child really is. I hope she finds her true passion.

The hauls are really getting annoying. I love Meg and have been watching for YEARS. But she spends so much money it’s crazy. If and when we get a video it’s nonstop hauls and spending unnecessary money or explaining to us why she’s been gone for 3 weeks. Ugh. Hoping she takes some of the advice. I’d love to see more of her outside of the home. Taking Grey and Kaden for a walk, going to the park, play dates with other moms/kids. Splash pads, water parks, trampoline parks for kids. I want that family vlog style back. It’s just her and Kaden stuck home or going to target.

I find myself skipping through most of this video. It's sad...I remember the days she told us that "Beauty" wasn't her thing anymore and she can't wait to be more of a lifestyle, mommy vlogger. Now she's a mom, and claiming that she wants to be more private... She seems to always be seeking out happiness in another direction and falling short. I constantly see these other vlogger's of her same UA-cam era, finding passion projects outside of UA-cam. Yet she's here pushing LTK links down our throats. Lazy way to make a dime IMO. I hope she finds what makes her happy and can regain her relate-ability with her followers. It doesn't seem like content creating is what does anymore. I wish her and her family all the best.
Whenever she does a box question, people sometimes asked her “can you please do makeup and hair video!” She reply on insta, that she no interested on makeup and hair, she now interested on lifestyle. And people I don’t know if they had watched the video of her “ranting about beauty community” when she never accepted to go brand trips.
Sooooo tired of influencers trying to tell me how to spend my money. Between her IG stories and her hauls here it’s too much!! It doesn’t sit right that her way of making money is telling us how to spend ours. Girllll try saving!! Their house is FULL of unnecessary decor that could have gone to their dream home instead. I literally spent like 50$ per season on my baby/toddler/kid clothes at once upon a child. The clothes is not hurt and u don’t have to waste a fortune each season that will be outgrown in a couple months.

I never leave comments on videos, but I really felt it in my heart to say this. It is very unsettling to me that your child is crying & needing attention & you respond with, "Ugh, Kaden," & go right back to talking about the clothes that you bought. It appears that your concern is with the materialistic items that you've bought & not with your son. You seem to only look happy when you're talking about what you bought, whether it's a new car, Botox, or purses. But when you talk about your son, you seem to always say things like, "Ugh, it's so hard." I haven't seen you say anything positive about being a mom. Your focus was on money & I specifically remember you posting Instagram stories, talking about how you weren't in a good financial position & were having a hard time. But then in the next video, you're spending thousands of dollars on things that don't matter. Purses & clothes don't bring any value to your life. They provide a momentary sense of happiness & excitement, but they don't bring VALUE. Time with your son & your family is what brings value. Making memories is what brings value. You are extremely immature in your ways of thinking & behaving, because your life revolves around, "Omg it's so cute I'm obsessed." The "pumpkins & apples & smores" shirt that you bought your son to wear ONE time is bringing you more excitement & joy than even just simply talking about your son. That shirt, along with everything else that you've bought, literally means nothing. If you were truly hurting financially, you wouldn't be blowing money the way that you do.

The thing is, being a mom is having to taking care of someone and Meg doesn't take care of herself so it's overwhelming for her raising another human. It's not babysitting. Being a mom is so much more than feeding a baby. Changing his diaper. Putting him to bed. You have to engage and bond but Meg struggles so much with her own identity - she tries to fill the void with superficial material things and social media clout to boost her ego. She can't bond bc she is detached from herself 😓 I think Kaden really does make her happy at times but she is so sensitive to the stress and gets overwhelmed easily she can't enjoy the day to day of being a mom. & She doesn't explore her depression/ anxiety or practice healing exercises to better manage it. I dont really comment on here but I have to agree with most of the comments that are being posted. You stated on your instagram that youre aware that your content has been "lame" but youre trying to protect your family since the "world isnt same anymore." Every family goes through difficult situations and I know as a youtuber/influencer this part must be especially difficult for you since youre sharing part of your life with your viewers. But why brand yourself as a family/mommy vlogger if youre not going to share your family? Ive been watching your vlog for years and I realized that there is a pattern with you promising your viewers great quality content with every milestone but when that moment comes, you're always full of excuses on why you cant film. there were never "mommy vlogs" or "pregnancy vlogs" or anything wedding related other than a bunch of hauls for the wedding and you kept disappointing your viewers with lame excuse as to the reason why you never pushed out quality content.
As far as your interactions with Kaden, I truly feel like you keep your kid as an accessory. Youre too focused on shopping for him and making him look "perfect". Sure, you love your kid. But Ive NEVER seen you play with your toddler and the only times you talk about him is when hes throwing a tantrum and you complaining that you cant wait for him to start daycare or when Anthony gets to take over him. Just a few "vlogs" back you stated that you felt like you were BORN to be a mama. A mom would try to take their toddler out to experience things outside of their house. Ive only seen you take Kaden out maybe once to the park. Ive never seen clips of you interacting with him. All Ive seen you cook for him is scrambled eggs and the rest are processed and sugary food because youre too lazy to cook quality meals for your growing son. You constantly wear merchandise that "promote" you as a MAMA (necklace and clothing that literally say MAMA) but Ive never seen any UA-camr who does so little for their toddler. Just some things to think about Meg.

She never pays any attention to him and just acts like he's a huge inconvenience in her life. That's probably why he's almost 20 months old and doesn't even talk..he doesn't get any interaction from her and he's under-stimulated. The only time she shows herself talking to him is when she's yelling at him. She just likes the title as "Mama" but doesn't put any effort into being one.
What about when she had her gender reveal and was sad when her drunk husband told her over FaceTime in the ER that they were having a boy?

So a long time subscriber like me who looks forward to her videos is basically getting a video that she admits is going to be lame. That’s point blank a slap in the face to a long time subscriber who has stuck around to support her and we are the reason she has this platform on UA-cam. It’s such a shame that she openly admits to the “lame” hauls but still would post them. We are the reason she has this platform and makes money off of this yet she posts her “lame” haul as content for her subscribers. I’m sorry that’s just not OK. It’s shameful… I’m not a hater at all and I always have supported Meg. But when you openly admit to this and still post it that’s just when you’re in it for a quick bit of money. I saw your Instagram post and I don’t think most of us subscribed to you to see your son or friends and family. We subscribed to see you because of your personality. Your beauty channel thrived just being you. Not your son, not your husband or your friends. I know you say you’re not interested in beauty anymore but from your videos you’re not interested in vlogging either. It’s just product shot after product shot on UA-cam and Instagram. It’s like people don’t think that peoples passions can change. Especially once kids are involved. Energy isn’t always the same, passions can change. Megs subscribers/viewers are some of the most critical I’ve seen on UA-cam and it’s sad and makes me question why so many still follow and watch if her content bothers them so much. It’s like they do so just to stay criticizing every time. If she no longer aligns with what you enjoy watching, I say stop watching and move on, but it’s like so many refuse to do so and just want to keep complaining about her content. It’s so bizarre to me.

No excitement or drive to make interesting consistent content. Also a part of being an influencer is getting feedback. It’s obvious this video took very little effort to film and edit and most viewers aren’t happy with it. It definitely feels like she put this video up so people will shop her links not to actually connect with her audience.

I’ve been watching for a long time and at one point she said she was diagnosed with bipolar disorder but supposedly it was wrong. But I see so many symptoms of bipolar disorder in her vlogs and how she shops so much. It’s almost like she’s in a mania when she goes on these extensive shopping sprees.
The majority of the comments are true constructive criticism and mean well.Megan can listen to those well meaning suggestions or keep filming what’s she been filming haul after Haul,and then keep losing subscribers. It’s her choice but if she wants to keep getting subscribers and get paid then she needs to listen to her audience OR keep filming as a hobby and just ignore everything and keep doing what she wants.BUT, she can’t complain about not making money if she doesn’t want to listen to what her subscribers want to watch, they’ll just go somewhere else.
Also it isn’t rude suggesting things or giving ideas it’s all about the tone.

Yikes. The pink and brown purse was 364 dollars EACH. I went there and sadly they are still to expensive for me. 120 dollars was the cheapest purse. And I believe it was just the one. After that they jumped to 210. Not cute purses at all either. Very bland looking. I will pass on them. I get mine off of Amazon and the quality is great along with the prices.
You are paying for quality of materials. A great way to boost credit and afford things you otherwise can't is a credit card. I think they are cute!

When an influencer or youtube gets "sponsored" they need to review it and that will bring or caught the eyes of the fans or followers and they give some discount off. But Meg never reviews them, she gets free PR, tagged the brand and boom... no review at all.

Some brands have the deadlines of the date they have to review the produts if they don't review base on deadlines... the brand can cut them off!

I understand not wanting to show more of your family but you can show you playing with your son, getting meals ready, cleaning up, etc. That's more relatable and things people want to watch. Please take the constructive criticism a lot of us are giving you and don't play the victim card. It's getting so old when you do that.

I love your decoration ideas and the interest you put in your videos. It is clear you love your child very much, too. I do feel your child really wants your attention and not so many clothes. I teach little ones and have done so for many years. One thing I know for sure is kids, especially little ones want their parents time, for you to play with them and sing songs, etc. I know we all have different issues as humans, but seems like you are trying to fill voids with material things. I've been watching you since I was 15 or so and for years you were my absolute favorite person to watch on youtube. I even wrote to you when you did "subscriber mail" way back when. I'm 25 now and unfortunately these last few years I've been watching you less and less. I found that I related to you for so long and I just feel like I lost that connection with you over the last 2-3 years. I loved when you incorporated your friends and family in your videos but I completely understand your reasoning for trying to keep your personal life out of you videos. I loved the videos about makeup and fashion but I know you're not as passionate about those things as you were years ago. I would love to see your everyday routines- makeup, haircare, skincare etc., cleaning videos like you used to do, cooking videos, and videos where you decorate your house. I don't mind a haul once in a while but when it's every video it's just too much- quite frankly I would rather see a vlog of you actually shopping around a store. Honestly, you don't even seem to be enjoying what you're doing here on UA-cam and it shows because your viewers aren't enjoying the content either. Maybe you should take some time off for a bit, reevaluate what makes you happy and what makes your viewers happy and come back strong with some fresh video ideas. I really hope you take everyone's comments into consideration and see it all as constructive criticism and not us trying to attack you. Firstly I just want to say I’ve been a huge supporter of yours been following you since your sweet and sassy days, but I must say your vlogs are not the same anymore I really do miss your old vlogs, your vlogmas vlogs we’re always so good and now all you do is post about all the stuff you buy 😩 life isn’t about the stuff you have and I feel like you live above your means. And you honestly don’t seem happy you also talked about how hard Kaden is at his age atm but then started talking about having another baby straight after I feel that is contradicting and sending the wrong message having another baby won’t make you happy if your struggling with one kid and neither will buying stuff I feel like as you got older you lost yourself your not as comfortable or confident in your own skin 😩 please don’t take this in the wrong way start doing things and vlogging that go outside to the beach for walks to the park do workout videos and what I eat in a days I love those even outfit of the days.
What about grocery hauls or shop with me.

Love when I see an upload! You should check out youtubers like Brittany Balyn or Sam Ozkural. They are both mothers and vlog activities with their kids, breakfast recipes etc.
I understand not wanting to share a lot of your life but your videos are literally just hauls and seem like no effort is being put in. Please listen to your subscribers, draw inspiration from suggestions. Videos where you make a meal (not just a sponsored hello fresh video). Or taking Kaden to a pumpkin patch, mommy and me classes etc. I’ve watched you for years and like you, I have changed from interest in beauty to more lifestyle but your videos don’t even show “lifestyle”. Even if you upload once a week and do a week in the life, maybe your subscribers will react in a positive way.

Do you ever take Kaden out to the park or for walks or for a day out? Maybe vlog this? That would make far greater content than hauls that nobody is interested in. I know you’ll want time alone with him too but I’m sure you could be out with him everyday and you could get lots of great content from just one of those days? 5 minutes talking about a rug or about wallpaper that you’ve put up… sorry, but that’s not what people want to see. Your hauls are so un-relatable to people from a different country who can’t even buy the products anyway so it immediately makes you lose interest 😴
