Can someone use metre bridge instead of constantan wire and metre rule

In physics, a potentiometer and a length of constantan wire are not exactly equivalent, although they are related.
A potentiometer is a type of variable resistor that uses a rotating shaft or sliding contact to vary the resistance. It is commonly used to measure the potential difference (voltage) across a circuit.
Constantan wire, on the other hand, is a type of resistance wire made from a copper-nickel alloy. It has a high resistivity and is often used in resistance coils, thermocouples, and potentiometers.
In a potentiometer, a length of constantan wire is often used as the resistive element, but the potentiometer itself is more than just a length of wire. It includes the mechanical mechanism for varying the resistance, such as the rotating shaft or sliding contact, as well as the terminals and housing.
So while a length of constantan wire is a key component of a potentiometer, they are not equivalent in the sense that a potentiometer is a complete device that uses the wire to measure voltage, whereas the wire is just a component.

No , use the potentiometer not the meter bridge

Pls why is the voltage increasing as the length is increasing what is the theory behind that
Because i thaught there will be potential drop as the length increases

Length is proportional to resistance and increase in length increases pd across the ends (ohm's law)
