Your meditations are wondrous Collette. I just wish the music was lower in volume. Been learning about values in painting. If every color is the same darkness or lightness you can’t really “see” the painting. It needs contrast. Maybe it’s just that i have lousy hearing but i hate missing a word of your guided meditations. And thank you!
