Bhai suppose if a CBD vessel is crossing you from port side...as per 8f I and ii it's her responsibility to keep clear....and when that vessel come closer where we can see her day signal than its becames our responsibility also as per rule 18d to keep clear...this is where 8f I and ii comes into play...CBD vessel is not relieved even if roc exist it's still her responsibility as per 8f ii to keep clear
