Please, play it at some sort of interval when folk are just arriving or leaving. Ok. My research tells me that this is like the music played when the donation plate comes round.
BEFORE HIS RETIREMENT, DR. SHAQUILLE O'NEAL WAS THE LAST ORIGINAL PLAYER FROM NBA JAM(1993) THAT WAS STILL ACTIVE IN THE NBA!!! GRANT HILL & JASON KIDD ARE STILL THE ONLY PLAYERS ACTIVE THAT WERE FEATURED IN NBA JAM T.E.(1995)!!! PLAYERS LEFT IN THE NBA: 1994 NBA DRAFT: GRANT HILL, JASON KIDD 1995 DRAFT: KEVIN GARNETT, KURT THOMAS, JERRY STACKHOUSE, JOE SMITH 1996 DRAFT: ALLEN IVERSON, MARCUS CAMBY, STEPHON MARBURY, ERICK DAMPIER, KOBE BRYANT, DEREK FISHER, RAY ALLEN, JERMAINE O'NEAL (^__^)
@kevante1 nah its actually taken from chords form a michael jackson jam remix check it out its starts at 2:45 youtube/michael jackson - jam (silky 7') - Jam CDM
CHURCH USHER, "ALL ON MY LEFT/RIGHT, PLEASE STAND, FACE THE WALL AND OBEY THE USHER AT THE REAR." THEN YOU SEE SOME PEOPLE COMING DOWN THE AISLE, MOVING TO THE GROOVE BY THE MUSICIANS LED BY THE MINISTER OF MUSIC AS THEY'RE PUTTING THEIR MONEY IN THE COLLECTION PLATE/BASKET, LOOOOOL!!! (^___^)
the genesis version was the weakest because of the sound quality. It sound too obsolete. If there was a NES Vrc6 version of the NBA Jam Team Select Theme, I'll take that version if there ever was one over the genesis version because the vrc6 or vrc7 would sound more up to date and refined. Which is why I choose this version, the snes version and the arcade version over the genesis rendition of it.
I didn't even know a Sega CD version of NBA Jam even existed. In my opinion, it sounds like the composer(s) were trying to emulate the synth sound from the Sega Genesis/Mega Drive version of the game with this arranged version of the music.
I had the pleasure of own a sega cd by that time, cds was a new thing, like playing music by bluetooth now, the majority had cassete so the snes and genesis sound were horrible, the best quality by that time was audio by cds, so you can imagine how this version was a blow to the head, plus the best ever graphics was with the sega32x arcade quality, 32x was a faillure but the few mainstream games this platform released were the shit. Nba jam, mortal kombat 2.__

Best version
No way snes was way ahead of it's time
One of the best versions of NBA JAM in my opinion because this was the only version i had when i was little.
Adding the organ sound font from the SNES version to this version would be perfection 🔥🔥🔥
Classic Intro and smooth on the Sega C.D. version, No Doubt!!!

Why when I here this I think about life is good
Showtime! Tonight's matchup: Bulls vs. Mavericks!
Reminds me of childhood defenitly
Reminds me the summer camp!
Mavericks!... VS... Knicks!
this beat is different than snes and sega genesis it sounds more clear jazzier and funky

Exactly my thoughts...
(now off to th' Organ to practice it)
The Genesis version of the team select song is the best rendition of it.
It's the most intricate note-wise but least amount of instruments and lowest sound quality of all.

BIG FACTS!!!
I think the snes one is better.
sega brain poisoning moment

HA it does sound like a 1992 yolanda adams beat
the song Right Now comes to mind
