Loved the dagger! I personally think traditional tattoos are the best because they look good and finished alone. There’s some tattoos (realism) that look sick but look unfinished if it’s not a whole sleeve or something at least in my opinion
Trad tattoos are where it's at for me, I just love the idea of looking back at it years from now and still being able to see it properly - and the whole piece by piece sleeve thing is great so you can build this massive tapestry on you over time, with loads of little things that you either love or just love the look of.
another great video , the one thing in tattooing i don't like is the trash talk from some artists ,you are a breath of fresh air because your so good & thankful to all your customers which is great to see & you never trash talk plus your tattoo's rock

Living in rural Kansas tattoo artists are pretty rare, so when I started my journey to get a fully custom full sleeve I did my research and found the perfect artist for me. Yeah I may have to drive a couple hours to get work done, but you really can't put a price on the experience of this amazing art!
How did you learn to paint traditional flash? I've reached a pretty good place with my linework, and I'm trying to figure out how to do the simple color pallet and gradients. I'm used to do mixed media painting and that's just a free for all. American Traditional is such a fine art, and there's not much online for info. Love your videos and your tattoos! Thanks
To bad i live in Germany here in my region are only tattooartists that hasnt developed their specific artstyle they just do what the customer want period. So you can guess that the result of it is influenced by that. Youre a realy kind person and even if the oldschool style isnt my taste( i prefer Irezumi ) i would definitely looking forward getting tattooed by you even if its an oldschool piece just so to know it is from you. :)

Thank you I cant figure it out there not a router within 30ft of my studio. My mic just isn't consistent. the reason it did it in the beginning of this video was it was in my bad so there was pressure on the mic that tends to happen. Audio is the biggest hurdle to figure out with loud tattoo machine and music and conversation its hard to get clean audio.

I have been practicing on a silicone tattoo arm I love it just like real thing important because I wanna keep all my friends and treating your tattoo artist like a family member is a good way to see if you have potential
Alot of shops are not gonna wanna teach you if you already are trying to tattoo. Just like if you wanted to be be doctor you wouldn't practice from home first.

Thanks yea the skin tear tones were very light just I use the darkest black ever so you dont see the tones much till it settles in healed.
