Edit: Many people have said I failed multiple times
1. Going upward isn't bridging other than the first one, when I could only build up.
2. I literally didnt catch it while editing, so MY BAD.

Heres a Method Moonwalk the entire game
each time you place one block run back to your base and then you can continue building
I thought I made backwards jump bridge (edit I'm a mobile player)
Every block i place I have to break the previous block (basically you cant make a bridge and it will always get broken) also no autobridgers. Basically to summarise. To get of an island you go two blocks out then break the first block place infront, break the previous block. On and on and on.

Next challenge ( maybe) so if there bed is defended break the defense and don’t break the bed then replace the defense with a harder material
Ex : they have a wool defense, replace it with deapslate
