Actually, you should transfer the plant from the eggshell to a different pot. The roots have a hard time getting through the shell therefore having weaker results. It may be natural, but you have to grind/smash it to act as a healthy fertilizer. The finer the particles, the easier it breaks down.
You actually don't need to pick out tomato seeds. You can just cut medium slices from a tomato, plant them and put them in partial sunlight. Sprouts grow in about a week.

You forgot to mention avocado take an insanely long amount of time to event root let alone produce fruits. In same cases 5+ years
an avocado would take 10/12 years if not grafted and the fruit may not even be tasteful
