NM True TV - Silver City Dining

It rests on the edge of wilderness, surrounded by forest and mountains, and nowhere near an Interstate highway. But don’t believe for a moment that Silver City can’t serve up fine dining that rivals the big cities. Chefs have arrived to enjoy the quality of life the Gila region offers, and they are opening restaurants that are pumping that quality of life even higher.

How sad. Not even one New Mexican restaurant featured. According to NM True, it took people from out of state to bring flavor to Silver City. Apparently, breakfast does not exist in Silver City either. Maybe we can get someone from out of state to invent it there.

I agree 100%. This makes me want to SKIP Silver City entirely because it sounds like they are catering to CA tourists as opposed to NM locals and folks who want to eat NM LOCAL food.
