Thank you so much! I am a tall lengthy person so leg drags can be a pain for me if I’m ever on bottom. Will drill this with my partners!

Sensei Brian Glick. Thank you gain for sharing so much knowledge. For details and concept and in general depth of information ,which you give people for free. Huberman does it in science ,while you do it in Jiu Jitsu. I have a short question, if you have time ,will be happy to have an answer to it. My teammates and I ,often use this position to expose op heel, so when op tries to invert we catch op heel and surrender our back to the mat, while our ankle tries to create a fulcrum on op thigh. In other words we go in this moment for inside heel hook. If I am not mistaken I learned this move from Dean Lister. Is there some detail ,which we are missing for a guy who is defending the leg drag? Arigato Sensei!

Appreciate your support - thank you! Yes, the leg drag can be a good time to attack the heelhook. The guard player needs to retract the leg, shortening it, and invert the knee to start slipping the heel 👍

    Hey Professor Brian,
Once you’re inverted and on your shoulders, what can we do if your training partner sprawls?

Either frame elbows and knees or pommel feet to inside position move to the back 👍🏼
