The sound effects are incredible. Very immersive.
Fantastic use of infantry taking the forest on the left there. You almost had a good foothold on the city but you were unfortunately hindered by your flanks not being covered by your supporting team member to the right. Suggestion, try to have at least one S-300 for more powerful long-range AA to keep those F-35s at bay. Other than that I look forward to playing against you soon.

Looks very cool, although I’m missing the feeling of destruction. The explosion effects disappear too quickly (maybe due to performance optimisation?) and you can’t really see impacts like smoke or craters. That just feels better in Warno. If they would improve this immersion, the game could become the number 1 wargame.
its to also not make it too cluttered. otherwise it would just be constant audio and get boring or annoying quick. in terms of special effects, the graphical settings arent optimized so i dont have it maxed out atm

@@smowl2679 didnt they capture it ? they only lost 3 helicopters (ukranian narrative) , then they waited till reinforcement arrived . it was at this moment that ukranians launched an assault and took it . but then Russians did a second airborn landing and they captured it with nearly no losses and the battle switched to the Irpin & butcha axis who would also eventually be secured by Russia right before the general retreat following the negotiations in Turkey related to grain and limitation of the war to the south.
the idea that VDV are bad is false especially with what they did in kherson and now in in the east where they always make massive impact .
it was the VDV the ones behind what the ukranians called "the graveyard of the 13th" where they nearly decimated a whole ukranian regiment . they then moved to the area around marinka and bakhmut where they still make good results.
also i am not biased but its based on fact confirmed by both sides . the idea that all VDV died in hostomel is just a myth like ghost of kyiv
@@LauftFafa VDV is actually the only effective regiment of the RF, they have been making gains anywhere they are deployed because their weaponry are not rusted and actually working. The issue with the VDV is they aren't well fit to deal with guerilla warfare which the Ukrainians did and blew up multiple convoys rendering much of the Russian VDV forces out of commission following the retreat from Kyiv. VDV is supposed to land in and secure forward objectives with the general armed forces coming in right after, however, in Ukraine, the general armed forces never came and where either destroyed or lost too much too continue making VDV isolated and having to advance in territory that isn't secure. VDV on the eastern front and southern front is effective yet Ukrainian forces are much more experienced on this side due to fighting the DPR & LPR for years. Ukraine also uses its most elite forces along the Eastern front making Russian advances much more difficult as we see in Avidiivka, so Russia uses its advantage in manpower to make up for it. VDV while effective isn't as effective as pre-war due to the failure of the Russian army to make a real battleplan to capture Ukraine, if the invasion had been successful like the US in Iran, then Kyiv would have been easily captured. Corruption can really hinder a country is the moral lesson here.
T-15 I would of moved to support the assault to city with s300 to keep f35 while man pads and buk to keep ground attack planes at bay

1 tip, you can change the altitude of your air drop once it spawns, it hugs the ground and makes it harder for AA to shoot.

Yea.. I fly that way all the time.. choppers and planes. Even Seads.
did you know you can make infantry enter building taken by enemy? It will make infantry fight in cqc. Some squads are better suited for cqc and they will win more regularly. For US its marine raiders door kickers and for RUS its engineers (the ones, which have shield on their unit icon)
Also, when fighting in cqc, infantry doesnt shoot at anything outside of building. And as you mightve guessed, small specialized squads like tow teams, smaws and manpads are slaughtered in cqc when up against raiders/engineers
Balltisk is the worst map for Tu-160's(And air in general). It's such a pub-stomp map in the first place, funneling everyone into a tight space and putting water on either side so no one flanks. No wonder it was the most voted for in the closed beta, it lets people turn their brains off, lol. Reminds me of stupid maps like 'The Scheldt' in Company of Heroes.

To be as important, but more ground control.
you should play it slow and steady and trade well as much as possible before you try to push. you only win if you take ALL the zones or if you have more zones than the enemy when the timer runs out. so early push might not be the best idea

most projectiles will hit unless there are countermeasures. Modern weaponry is highly accurate
yes, theres a slim chance that even a tank shell misses and artillery has natural dispersion
however guided missiles never miss unless countermeasures are used or line of sight is broken
@@Сталкер-ь2х An F18 in the last few years fired on an SU22 over Syria and famously the AIM9X missed despite no countermeasures being fired. There's always a chance

Hahaha "they pushed me back hard in the beginning". More like you didnt move up enough on spawn. You just gave them the point uncontested so its not really them pushing you as much as they just exercised their natural fire control.

I watched the VulkanHD , gameplay and yours. Sadly his game was very bad. More like casual testing than real gameplay. Yours is much better, methodical with the defence line and with respect toward units & gradually moving forward.
Great game but WARNO's graphics and gameplay is still better for me. Stoked for the game though.
This game looks like warno but with added mechanics like transport capacity and building capacity which is a massive upgrade in itself.
its much ambitious though . there is weather , clouds are moving and change the lighting of the map , maps are huge . there is real topography while in warno most maps are flat and boring except a selected few . there is massive cities much bigger than warno and feels like made in cities skyline.
this one's graphics is actually better . if you pause and look at the pilot's cockpit of a jew you can actually see the details inside . you can see the inside of Apc when they open their back doors . there is lot cool details . units are also dynamic for example the bradley's atgm turret move in and out . most apcs and AAs have cool animations too .
however Warno is a faster game . this game is much slower and punishing its way harder than warno

Vehicle that has a red gear on its icon means it cant move
the only way to solve the issue is to let enemy kill it or repair by bringing supplies on top of it
if tank gets red morale (morale affects every unit and goes from normal to orange to red and worsens every stat unit has) in the middle of reload, whole reload resets, unless its autoloaded. Because of that, it affects only US tanks only, as every russian tank in the game is autoloaded

The most unrealistic part of this game is actually having combat-ready T-15s with non-распиленноed components and using them in combat. Other than that, looks like a fun game!
i think those will get upgrades on release . the beta only allow a limited use of components per unite.
this seems quite buggy in comparison to Warno, any thoughts?

How finished do you think this game is?
for the current build, I would say 80%. There are still performance issues to fix. I am ignoring balance issues atm.
i did play the beta and the game just need performance fixing . it need a strong pc to work smoothly but the devs said they will polish that before release.
they also fixed lot of random bugs we found during combat so this leave only balancing and polishing.
the game will probably release by april the longest or in march.
one thing i am worried about is lack of Bots. i would like to play against bots on solo skirmish for fun and deck testing on release but i have no idea if those will be included or not and i havent got a clear answer

wasn't it better at 10 min to just funnel units to mid to help defending the capture points? it was aparent by then that capturing their point was going to take a lot of effort due to their resistance and might not pan out. But over all much better than the first game as the teams seemed more balanced.
oh yeah for sure. It would have been but its our first couple games after a while so everybody is just trying to get a feel about what units do etc
In the future could you be able to change the ammo for individual infantry units?.

How is the game performance?
quite decent
depend on your graphic card . i guess if you have a 1050ti or 1060 or 1080 you will struggle a bit but the devs promised they will polish the game so it can run smoothly on release
BA gonna be warno killer
i think both will co-exist to give us 2 great RTS games to play
