So we don't put the filter while cleaning water
This is not a water purifier, it just picks up liquids. You need to remove the regular and HEPA filters and install the provided gasket. For more information, refer to your user handbook.

What if you don't take out the orange looking mesh thing inside the cleaner and do not put a gasket?
On other wet-dry vacuums(Kärcher, etc.) you're supposed to keep the cartridge filter in and they don't even come with a gasket. However, this vacuum's user handbook states that you should remove the "Special Fine Dust Filter" and put on a gasket. I'd say better not risk it with Eureka Forbes, you'll find it very difficult to get spares.
Oh! I accidentally used the wet vacuum without the gasket and with the mesh on. I dried it in sunlight after I did. It seems to be working fine now. Thank God I didn't damage anything.
Good to hear! The gasket actually seems senseless anyway. I included it in the video only because it's mentioned in the user handbook. As for the mesh filter, I do not recommend you leave it on. It can rupture if it comes in contact with water and collapse if you then try to turn on the vacuum.
How to clean celling fan
Use the dusting brush with the two extension tubes. Cut off power to the fan and be sure that it's not in motion. Vacuum from the centre of the fan towards the edge of the blade.

I would not recommend using a household vacuum cleaner to empty a high-capacity water tank. The maximum you should use it for is a fishbowl, a clogged sink and the like. Anything bigger will require an industrial pump. You can avail of various local plumbing services that will empty your tank for you.

What if the water overfills
A black float will block the opening, but it’s not a very robust solution so I recommend emptying the canister every ~4.5L

I’m not particularly sure if it can, but even if you could, I would assume you would have to repeat the process several times due to low capacity, which would be inconvenient while cleaning large tanks. This vacuum is more suited for accidental spills, fishbowls et al.
Can we use the vacuum for water without gasket
As long as you remove the orange mesh filter, I believe you can. However it's best to use the gasket if you have it since the user handbook suggests it. I won't be responsible for any potential damage that caused by skipping the gasket. I have not personally tried using the vacuum without the gasket, however another user in the comments below has suggested that this works.
