Not for me im afraid, very slow around 40mph on 4s with stock gearing. Also limited on gearing upgrades as it uses 2 other set motor positions. Due to the limited power/rpm it looks quite limited on air control, as UD RC commented on his video of the Syncro. Probably good enough for running on a track, but Corally market this as a basher as well, most people would be getting the Syncro as a basher.
Agree and disagree. A few teeth up would increase speed. But at the price point of under £300 in uk definitely aimed at beginners, and easilly could be upgraded to 6s as diffs are from 6s range. Will be definitely buying one myself and seeing how far i can bash it. Thank you for the comment 😊
I can't believe Corally thought getting rid of aluminum parts for plastic would be successful. 😆 Just when I thought I was turning into a corally fanboy, they hit us with this and bring me back to reality. Plastic towers, plastic motor mount, cintered gears. And the spark roller is cheaper!! 😆 🤣 😆 🤣 So much fail 😆 🤣
Lol i think there aiming at beginners and tbf here in uk it will be under £300, which is cheaper than the arrma 3s over here and get a metal chassis and centre diff, thr spatk would be my choice though 😉
@@RCvapor Saying something is better than the Arrma 3s line, isn't saying very much at all. Then wait till people realize in order to swap to aluminum towers, you'll need to switch the diff cases/bulkheads. The gearbox on these are redesigned specific for the composite mounts. Will not accept alu towers. By the time a beginner upgrades this, they could've gotten a spark rtr spark and saved a bunch and have 6s power.
I loved my big rock 3s 🤣 i completely get where your coming from, i suppose it will depend on how it holds up on 4s and a bigger pinion gear, that is what i plan to do when i buy it and i will bash it hard, £299 is a bargain, we pay well over the odds for arrma and traxxas here in the uk,
Good stuff buddy 👍 👏 👌 Lots of cool stuff, Enjoy the Holidays
Thank you, enjoy too 👍
Nice 🎉
Cheers👍

Don't get me wrong, I love my 3s typhon but they're just tremendously lacking.
Best of luck with that car.
