Chucky sneezes a rainbow - hydro locked Jeep TJ

We have been through this trail multiple times. In recent weeks, a beaver built dammed a significant area and caused the water level to increase drastically. Great reminder to always check the water depth.
We towed it out, pulled the spark plugs out of the 4.0, all cylinders had compression, and were trying to figure out why water kept re-appearing in a cylinder. Turned out the intake manifold was full of water (even though recently a vacuum leak was found).
Time to get the fluids drained, see if all the sensors dry out and clean out and dry the interior & contents. And then, replace the intake and figure out how the water entered.

It was! The Jeep is ready for round two (as long as the beaver dam wasn’t rebuilt).

@Eric Cantin yeah thats pretty crazy, i have driven into deep water without realizing how deep it was. But i was fortunate to have been able to back out. It was to the bottom of the seats.
