its gorgeous ! I just had my first wrap done on my Harley softail springer, tank and rear fender only , and it came out horrible ! they have a nasty looking seam all the way around the sides . spilting the top and bottom . Isn't no seam the name of the game? Then he just went over a army ranger sicker I had unfailing to remove it. Being this was all new to me ,what the hell did I know. Nothing like the beautiful work im seeing here!

Was gonna wrap my car this color but I heard from CK wraps that the shine fades dramatically in just 6-7 months.
So $5k install is regular when installing this film? 3 installers for complex curves?

This is why wrapping costs $$$. I was thinking about DIY....I’m paying a pro.
Its alot easier to get into as a DIY if you are just doing some color matching of chrome pieces, small investment, not alot of time. Doing a whole vehicle is a bit scary with a large enough roll of vinyl costing close to $1000. My garage is not big enough anyway though.
How to order the film?
This product seems to be very complicated and not installer friendly.

Anyone have any real world experience with this film? I’m a certified 3m installer, but I also use vivvid and Avery.
The reason I asked is because I’m skeptical about the combination of cast and calendared.
Generally, as an installer, I steer clear of calendared film for vehicle wraps.
Why so you stay clear of calendar wrap for vehicles?
I want a car that looks like a nasty greenhead fly. I mean that.

@@andrymashka1757 really depends on the line you get. Super gloss is around $595 for a roll while metallics & pearlescents can go $695 +
@@cjproductions3683 how much do they have in that roll you mentioned. I've bought 3m before but it seams it's different amount w every supplier. And ye, u know sometimes half a roll better than whole. Thanks
@@andrymashka1757 Their rolls are 5 x 65’. And they do not sell partial rolls only full.
Great business right?.....Nope! No answers here for questions....no USA dealers/sellers....website is for USA but locator puts me with European dealer/sellers. What a joke! And only wrap shops can register to see the actual pricing. So they have secrets and installer can charge you whatever he wants!
@Dale Bergeron A wrap shop that my shop uses just gave us a sample book of the inozetek. It's real, but finding it online is impossible. I want to try my hand at wrapping before paying somebody
I can't believe multiple pros including Justin Pate can't even get a professional finish with this film. If this proves anything, its that calendared film is NOT for wrap applications. All those tiny little air pockets everywhere I can't believe it!

@@larsstutz3968 I'm talking about the imperfections all over the car in the end result. Put the video on highest quality and look at it. If you don't believe me, go watch his newest series on calendared wrap. He even mentions this video and how they didn't get good results

Had it on 4K and saw no bubbles on the finished product.
NOT impressed. White Out arrived as a short roll by 100" and with discolored spots in it. That coupled with how difficult it is to apply. Would not use again.
Use air compressor he says but uses a blower 🤣
sad and stupid they don't sell their stuff in partials for smaller projects.. eh European businesses go figure..
Nice but not fully professional, I would want all my panels removed so my original color isn’t exposed
then thats the request you would make with the shop and pay the appropriate price for such service.
for most people, that amount of wrapping on a colourchange is enough for them.
The price increase for such a minor detail is massive and there will be minor wear patterns on the screws and fixtures, especially those that are plastic after such an install.
