Me and a Pal from work decided to hike up Fair Snape Fell and camp for the night. It never happened, the North Easterly wind was bitterly cold, windchill was well into the minus figures. As I only had my Bivvi and a new sleeping bag rated to only 0 Degrees we decided to abort the camp. We retired to my local for a few beers to drown our sorrows !!
