@@Big_Bag_of_Pus but diet is far worse then regular you can still drink soda as long ad you don't drink it everyday if you drink soda once in a while it's not bad for you people fear foods that are bad for you if you drink it or eat something that's bad for you everyday then yes but if you drink soda or eat something bad not everyday then it's not bad for you because you aren't doing it everyday it's basically like saying the world is gonna end with the fear factor of the woke Radical environmentalists groups. It's not bad as long as you don't it everyday and you can lose weight by working out at home or outside instead of wasting money on a gym when you can exercise outside or at home for free which people are lazy and instead make excuses about well I can't figure out what exercise to do uh it's called Google or UA-cam people are getting dumber everyday
