Cartman and Kenny's family are the only characters who remember the times Kenny previously died. It sucks that Stan and Kyle never remember the times Kenny died. That must really affect his mental health too.
Cthulhu is from HP Lovecrafts stories . The song is a reference to “My Neighbour Totoro” The scene where Cartman slashes the other heroes to classic music, is from a clockwork orange . And Kenny’s parents weren’t smoking weed .. lol
Kenny dying every episode was a joke about a friend the writers had in high school who would just go missing for weeks at a time then suddenly show up again and nobody would really question it.
@@fippywipYou might be right but when was this? You don't have to say the exact season and episode. I'm pretty die-hard fan so if you can just tell me the context of where and how it happened I'm pretty sure I'll find it quite quickly. Thanks.

@@Juide80Cartman mentions it in the episode where he inherits a million dollars and buy an amusement park. Kenny dies on a ride in the episode, and Kenny's family sues him after he's sold the amusement park back to the original owner. They take the money Cartman got from the sale because of the lawsuit, and Cartman's reaction to that is something along the lines of "Kenny dies all the time!", which he says to try to convince them not to take his money. As for Stan, I don't remember the full context, but I remember it happens while Stan, Kyle, Kenny are all doing something with Kyle's dad, Gerald. Kenny eats a full bowl of what he thought was mints before Gerald shows up, then Gerald tells them they were antacids while Kenny is getting a drink of water. They realize Kenny's about to die an turn to look at him, and he literally explodes, at which point the three of them start laughing. Stan then says "That was a good one", acknowledging that he remembers at least a few of Kenny's deaths and that this one was pretty funny.
It's like the Wolverine; every time he extends his claws, they cut through his skin, and when they go back in his skin heals completely, so it hurts every time as if it was a brand new cut.
Yes Kenny might have build a bit of a higher tolerance to the pain but that doesn't fix the mental damage he gets from remembering all the times he was killed. Especially the times it wasn't immediate death. It's no wonder he doesn't take little things his friends and their parents do for granted. A good example is how excited he gets for KFC after Soccer practice. How sad he got in the one episode when Cartman ate all the skin off the chicken, takes on a whole other level of sadness if you take that into account. :(
Captain Hindsight isnt making fun of any superhero, he's making fun of the cycle of carelessness exibited by the oil companies, the media & the general population. The people are totally unaware of these activities that are potentially huge threats to our own saftey until they happen. Then the media covers it for a short while, telling us all what could have been done differently & assigning blame. Then we forget about it until next time. The oil company never gave a shit in the first place so they just keep doing it.
Lian cartman was a flat Character that born as reveange to Parker or Stone exgirlfriend who cheated on him, that’s why she is a whore. But, in the last seasons, she has change a lot, even at the point that she plays AGAINST his son (Dickinbaus S26 E5). But I think everything started with Tsst (S10 E7).
BP really did a “We’re Sorry” ad campaign after the Deepwater Horizon oil spill, and it was pretty close to South Park’s parody here (aside from the CEO laying naked on a bear skin rug, of course). And the “What should I do?” parody is making fun of the LeBron James Nike commercial after he left Cleveland for Miami and was largely despised by basketball fans.

You should honestly consider watching the cinematic scenes of the South Park video games (Stick of Truth & Fractured But Whole). The games seriously feel like you're watching an episode of South Park.
Kenny always dying used to be an in joke between Matt and Trey about a kid named Kenny they used to know in school who was constantly absent so people would make the joke he died and he was also always wearing an orange parka too, n they got bored of the whole thing n tried permanently killing him n people didn’t like it n brought him back, and in an earlier episode where his parents are trying to get pregnant n Kenny doesn’t want them too n keeps trying to break his dads balls and then give his mom abortion pills, and he ends up dying, she gives birth at the end of the episode and names the baby Kenny, and calls him a brand new Kenny and the dad says “Wow, this must be like the 50th time this happens” and his mom says “52nd” 😂 so this was then just expanding on that as an explanation of why he always dies and comes back how he does, n why she births him but by morning he’s grown back to the age he died at, so they connected the various gags in a way that makes “sense” (cuz this shit still pretty nonsensical 😂)
I think it was less them growing bored and them just struggling to find new ways to kill Kenny. While he used to die every episode, he never died from the same thing twice, but they eventually ran out of new ways to kill him, so instead of repeating themselves, they tried to kill him off for real, when they decided to bring in someone new to change the status quo. though originally the character they were gonna kill off was Kyle, as he was too similar to Stan.
I'm pretty sure Matt and Trey didn't go to school together but met each other while going to college (I guess that's a school too but you know what I mean). If I remember it correctly it was Trey's school friend who Kenny is based on but for what I know everything else you said was exactly correct so you're clearly well aware of this topic and probably many other things relating to South Park.
Tray n matt is making fun of our society and how everyone in the world has the superpower of Hindsight and yeah as you can see they do the "well they obviously should have done this" and then everyone drives away symbolizes how everyone will forget about the thing after a lil while after everyone agrees to the hindsight, not saying everyone is forgetting the Ukrainian war buuut the subject hasnt been talked about in media other than "X amount of days till Y happens" And yeah every corporation would end the world but then go "ooppsie poopsie im sorry" while shrugging and pocketing money while trying to outrun the thing they caused

don't care for this string of episodes, but one of the top bits I loved as a kid was when the fussy little cute kitten would walk onto the dog, knead and needle him, make himself a patch to sleep, and the dog would wince in pain but let the kitten do it. i think it was some of the merrie melodies cartoons from the 50s or 60s

High pain tolerance isn't a good thing. I boxer broke my pinky and the doctor put pressure I could feel it and he said he put full pressure on it and was AMAZED at how high my pain tolerance was.
