It would have to last for like a good minute or so as well at those kind of damage levels before it really dislodged anyone, unless they have no healing supplies. If anything I would compare it to C4.
I've had games that feel more insane than these trailers... but also most games aren't constant action like the trailers as the trailers cut out the down time you have between encounters. Also you have to run into dumb teams to make you feel like the hero of a story.
