never have i ever seen an explanation that visualises compression in this way… for the first time ever I completely understand what i’m doing when i use compression. Thank you so so much. ❤
Thank you for taking the time to share your knowledge. You made reference to not wanting to bore us…suffice to say, there’s nothing whatsoever boring about your tutorials!
From my fist time starting music production you have been my teacher and your tutorials just keep getting better and more in-depth. Thank you bro 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
You make some of the best tutorials out there hands down. You make sure to explain every single detail so that the viewer understands every part of it. And I feel like you’re videos are great because you also make it a point to explain the reasoning for when to apply certain techniques
Even with all my knowledge and skill I’m always down to learn even more ‼️🔥 g the way you breakdown your videos in extreme detail yet simple you the goat 🐐
Great video once again bro. You make things so easy for us ❤️❤️❤️ I'm so grateful that I've subscribed to your channel and have my Bell notifications turned on, couldn't have afford to lose on this valuable gem. Thanks a ton bro 💯❤❤
Can I ask you 2 questions that I can't seem to find answers anywhere on the Internet? 1. When converting midi into audio file to save CPU processing - some people consolidate midi and some people record into edison and throw it into playlist ; is there any difference between them? I personally just consolidate MIDI instruments into audio and then start processing. 2. When exporting stems of my project (to send to other producers) - there are 2 options I saw... First the traditional exporting option: "Export>Wav File> Split Mixer Tracks" option and the other one : "Export>Export All Playlist Tracks" Is there any difference between these two? I find the playlist tracks easier to work with... But what should be the ideal case for using these 2 approaches.. please enlighten me 🙏🙏 Thank you very much in advance 🙏♥️
I know exactly how a compressor works its actually setting them that is the difficult part. Tweaking the attack and release and barely noticing any difference.
If you’re referring to stuff like BWB kits, no. But compression is used to “fill out” sounds that may be a bit “hollow” or “thin” . Maybe I’ll do a video on that. But mostly no, just leveling the sounds if the sounds are good
@@busyworksbeats thanks for the answer! But somehow people get an extreme juicy and "full" sound on their stuff wich sounds after way more then just leveling. Whats the thing
I'm still learning how to master my own track. Can you do a tutorial on measurements and what they mean and how to use them. Pertaining to db's, frequencies and compression using on FL Studio 21 stock plugin?
Its waves for me mann i need those shockingly accurate hardware replications. I dont like these new wacky all in one progressive assplugins. They cheat you out of actually learning frequencies in my opinion...
I watched a bunch of tutorials about compression, but this is the only one that I understood. Your tutorials are the best, thank you!

My homie just asked me about this. And I couldn't verbally explain,

Hey Game. What's the function of the RMS window? What type of scenarios would need us to adjust it?
are u trying to look into my soul with this thumbnail?
yes 😎
Is it appropriate to compress the whole beat?
very useful !!
i have these plug ins

sounds like you aren't working the compressor hard enough... thresh down or input gain up, set, and then back off to taste
😢 there's no audio😢
do modern samples of drums for example have to be compressed? I mostly feel like theres no reason to. just level it i guess

Geez man, obviously most beginners arent gonna have fab filter so you coulda used a fl stock plugin for the example 😂
When you mentioned numbers what do you mean?
I'm still learning how to master my own track. Can you do a tutorial on measurements and what they mean and how to use them. Pertaining to db's, frequencies and compression using on FL Studio 21 stock plugin?
hey guys dose Logic Pro x has Edison option?
Not that I know of but check image-line.com maybe they sell as a standalone plugin, I’m not 100% on that tho
@@busyworksbeats thank bro 🙏🏽
Audeze mm500?
