As a Pixy player, i can confirm that its the definition of a glass cannon. If it wasn't for the stealth skill, Pixy would be unplayable, especially without any good stun options. Even so, with 55 base thrust and fragile legs even with forced injectors, getting caught lacking will 9 times out of 10 result on death. Even 1v1 scenarios are hard to deal with at times.
It’s honestly insane how many people still play it, even more so the amount of people I see play it out of its native cost where there’s far more dangerous monsters.
This is my first raid suit that I started playing on the game. It was good at that time, but nowadays it's only good on large maps, if there wasn't a eyezock being cancer to anti stealth. It needs a huge overhaul of work at all
Stealth lvl 2 is enough. The pixie only needs to be undetected in melee range which stealth lvl 1 doesn’t provide. But yea it needs a stun option and better thrust.
The last time I made the mistake of taking Pixy out for a spin, I was really shocked at its lack of mobility. If your Plan A doesn't work out, low level injectors and a small boost gauge often leave you unable to change your plan of attack on the fly, let alone effectively retreat. It might actually be enough if its speed and maneuverability were something similar to Titania, if BB really wanted to maintain its niche as a glass cannon melee raid that relied on fast ambushes from unexpected angles as opposed to stuns. It wouldn't be meta defining, but it would feel less like a punishment
I remember popping off with the Pixy way back then. Then I managed to get Ace in it one time and the pain has caused me to never touch the suit again lol
In my opinion the Pixy needs to have one of following instant stun option or a dodge roll. I would rather have the dodge over the stun option. Also its main weapon needs to reload faster. I feel it takes too long to reload. maybe even faster use of the grenades.
As a support player, Pixies are the bane of my existance from 400 all the way to 600. Doesn't matter that it's weak, all it needs is for you to not be looking at it and it can kill you in a single combo.
Personally, I'd put a lot of melee programs and thrust on a stealth raid. Get in, do damage, and leave. But supports like the eye Zack get on my nerves
Wish the amount of people throwing in this thing on Rated actually got it buffed. I can't stand to keep carrying useless Pixy players who think they're contributing by trying to flank an entire enemy Frontline, obviously dying miserably since the Gens have eyes. Or, they fight a support with actual self-defense and get beaten at their own game. Almost as bad as the Eyezack when it comes to being dead weight on a team. At least it has a decent downswing animation. But Black Rider has it too at 450, and honestly? Level 2 Efreet Nacht is way better than Pixy.
It's not the worst Raid in the Game. The Zaku 1 exists lmao. But even still, that's comparing a 0 to a 0.1. the only redeeming quality of the PIXY is Stealth, and there's an alternative at each of it's cost ranges that does that better.
The stealth prevents em from tracking u however if the team ur facing is decent ur never gonna hit em at melee range since lvl 1 reveals u at its downswing range. I hope the devs improve its stealth cause how it stands if ur facing decent teams you’ll be pretty much unwanted baggage to ur team due to the amount of patience you’ll need to catch the enemy team loafin
I have such mixed feelings about this suit when I see one on my team. They're either the godliest player ever or something else... 💀 You were doing your job perfectly, it was satisfying to watch 💜

Ground GM MSV is actually strong though. It has strong combo modifier on beam saber, a reliable stun, a backup spray gun to deal ranged damage after a railgun shot and both MA+ERA as defensive skills.
@@thevideogamemafia568 I plan on doing one in the future yeah. I think it is even still viable at 350 cost since it gets outstanding scaling in both damage and mobility.
I play it at 550 and 600 ..its a good raid ....its just technically outdated ..it needs higher stealth options and the better thrusters Edit; and the machine guns need a way lower reload speed
