So this look is Givenchy by Alexander McQueen from 1999. Kendall said she was the first human to wear it and it was on a mannequin ... well there's a photo of someone else wearing something that looks exactly like this for a magazine. 🤔 The photo doesn't show the full dress and you can't see the bottom so this could be an altered version (maybe even first or second version) of the dress from the magazine. The one from the magazine could be the first or second version. It's not uncommon for designers to have multiple versions of the same piece. Vogue's article on her was titled "Kendall Jenner Donned Never-Worn Archival Couture for the 2024 Met Gala" so this is interesting. Regardless she looks amazing in it. 💐 RIP Alexander McQueen 💐
That whole hallway is intended for press photographers, they're doing what they're supposed to be doing. They stand and strike poses for the photographers, walk to the next landing on the stairs, do the same thing, and up to the top. It's kind of the whole purpose of the stairs.
I have to say that that is a VERY BEAUTIFUL dress!! Very svele looking, if that word can be used to describe the way that she looked in the dress!! Very NICE!!!
