The condition of Debbie's vocal chords is incredible given her age. A lot of female singers dramatically lose the top part of their vocal range as they age. Joni Mitchell, for example, had an incredible vocal range in the 60s and 70s, but then she lost probably 2 octaves of the top of her vocal range after maybe the 1990s. It's incredible that Debbie's voice doesn't really sound raspy, and her ability to hit notes in key is still really good. She was and still is a phenomenal singer with tremendous musicality in her phrasing and great expressiveness and pitch.
clem burke has always been a great drummer but unfortunately Debbie has gone well past her sell by date its terrible an old boiler on stage with a crowd of no nothings its sad .
One of the best female vocalists ever. I still remember jamming to Eat To The Beat album back in 1980. I had never heard before, and haven't heard since, a voice so dynamic, so moving, so PERFECT as Debbie Harry's.
i remember reading the 1983 HBO Guide that a LIVE BLONDIE CONCERT would promote "The Hunter" Blondie's sixth studio album - the article referred to Harry's "haunting vocals" - a better description of Blondie i've yet to discover...

Both from Eat to the Beat. Slow Motion another great track. Union City Blue ONLY got to number 13 in the charts I think. But hey, I was 10 at the time so could be wrong.
I am blind too. There are times when I can see absolutely nothing call it sun blindness but watch out woah watch out sir you are about to fall in the garden. That was close.
That is one very talented lady, as for the drummer, master at his craft
Clem Burke‼️🥁 🔥🔥🚒😅
He is in my top 2 drummers the other is Stewart Copeland and I can't place them on order because in my view they both play and bring so much to music
Clem is unbelievable!

As a metal fan who loves a good rock drummer ie Ulrich/Mcbrain/Mikkey Dee I’m starting to think Clem might be the ultimate! What power!

She's a one off. Eat To The Beat is an incredible record.
You are absolutely right. I think another one is Cyndi Lauper.
@@michafryga7847 Oh yes. Her "She's So Unusual" album DEFINED summer, 1984 for me. "Money Changes Everything" really hit the bullseye.

She is so classy!❤️
Shame she never gets the credit for her amazing vocals only the attention on how she looks this was a powerhouse of a performance
She looked at me once... A at Camden Town gig with the 'Passangers'... her 'looks' were important.

Debbie was in danger of being shown up by Clem Burke that day -- amazing drummer.
1999 when the Future became old news
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Why is there no volume here ?
Sounds fine this end.
I don't hear much
I love Blondie, but the seem to be on a slo-mo pitch here.
😘
whos the drummer ...???
Clem Burke. He has been with the band almost from the beginning (1975). That guy is amazing.
Stifler's mom!
What happened to rearrange my mind, in turquoise
Unlike 95% of acts Blondie never delved into the pretentious pool.
