Supergoop is the best. Most of theirs is at least spf 40- spf 30 is usually the rule of thumb for best coverage. From supergoop I love the unseen sunscreen- feels like a primer consistency and super light weight. Their glow screen is soooo beautiful in the summer too.

My favorite sunscreen is the murad city defense. It is expensive but literally the perfect sunscreen: not oily, no white cast, no smell, moisturizing, looks amazing under makeup.
Elta MD UV Physical Tinted spf 41 is the best sunscreen hands down. Nothing will ever beat it. I’ve purchased like a hundred different sunscreens and that’s the only one I’ve repurchased countless times. And I think the tint would be PERFECT for your skin tone
you should wear SPF 50! it blocks 98 percent of UVB rays. I highly recommend the Bioderma Photoderm Max Aquafluide SPF 50+ ( tinted version), it gives you coverage like a foundation while also protecting your skin. not sure where you can find in the US tho. maybe amazon
Super Goop and Tula are the best sunscreens ! Super goop is so seamless and light. Tula is beautiful and glowy but I hate the smell...but the glow is def worth it. They both have a nice finish without the white tint some other give.
As for sunscreen I can def recommend the La Roche Posey Anthelios one! It smells like sunscreen for 2 secs but that's it and really good for acne prone skin

Girl please wear your sunscreen especially now that you're in Miami! It's HOT out here. I've heard dermatologists recommend that anything above 30 is good. I like the Elta MD lightly tinted (I have a similar skin tone to yours and it doesn't leave a white cast). I also like the copertone pure and simple (it's in a green bottle) as a more affordable option with more SPF for my outdoor runs or beach days :) I would love to see more Miami vlogs from you especially as more things begin to open up and we're able to go out again! Love supergoop! The thing is, you have to reapply sunscreen every 2 hours...throughout the day unless you’re indoors all day. So I really like the SPF water mist from Coola. I think most people just put it on in the mornings along with their normal skin routine.
I use oil of Olay day moisturizer with SPF included. Makes it easy. You can get 30-50. Love it. I’ve been cooking meatless at home for about 6 months. I don’t like cooking with meat and I don’t crave it either. I need to come up with more meal ideas though!
oh I loved the comment about the meat. When I am at uni, I also don't cook meat. I just try to be as mindful as possible and not consume so much. But my family does eat a lot of meat, so when I am at my parents', there is always meat. It just makes me feel better to not consume as much meat on my own because I really don't mind meatless meals

Try the Dr Dennis Gross lightweight wrinkle defense sunscreen! I work for them and it’s amazing! No white cast, so lightweight, and it’s all physical and reef-safe :)
At the end of the day we all work for ourselves, even people who work 9-5s are just providing consulting services to their company - their bosses are their clients. Getting paid as W2 vs 1099 doesn't make a difference, we all have to answer to our client at the end of the day.
