Hey guys, this is how I LOST 10 percent of my body weight by following Slimming World, walking 10k (10 thousand!!) steps most days and doing home workouts! This is my personal weight loss journey and what has worked for me to aid my weight loss, the beginning of my journey at losing weight was fast but it has taken a further 3 months to get to this point. You'll get there in your own time!

Love your channel! Congratulations!! I’ve been doing SW for 7 weeks and lost 17lbs. I love it! Love your channel and meal inspo. I work full time and I just batch cook lunches and have fruit and Alpro fat free yogurt for breakfast. A couple of hi fi bars for an afternoon treat. Easy peasy. I do the gym once at the week and both weekend days. It’s all about balance x

@@LucindaCrosby I’ve been doing salads lately as the weather is so nice. Batch boil eggs, potatoes and have a tuna fridge pot everyday with some salad, tomatoes, cucumber and the Heinz balsamic dressing with garlic is 1/2 a syn for 10 sprays 🎉🎉🥗🥗🥗

Well done your looking great too look at you you look like your already at your target weight.As you said its a personal journey you know where you want to be your doing great .Can't wait for the what you eat in a day vid.Im struggling if I'm at home like when I was furlough I smashed it had all the appliances to lose weight but now I'm back to work I can't have things I live like slimming world chips.If you can come up with some stuff that I can create with a gas 1 ring stove and a microwave that would be great as the just eat app delivers to my truck in a lay-by and im eating like I'm a Dyson.well done look forward to the next vlog xx
