- Hello, and welcome to my channel! This is a fast and aggressive tapping and scratching assortment on a variety of random items. Lots of items here! Lofi (recorded with only my phone). The last 3 items are with my natural nails, because I find these triggers sound a lot better with them!

How do I define ASMR?
ASMR is a relaxing tingling sensation often felt in the scalp, neck, and spine caused by various stimuli such as sound, visuals, touch etc. When I experience it, it feels like my brain/scalp is getting a relaxing massage, and makes me feel calm. Many people have different "triggers" that cause this relaxing, tingly sensation such as tapping, scratching, whispering, crinkling sounds, water sounds etc. (the list goes on!).
Why do I make ASMR?
ASMR has helped me through many difficult times, including stress, inability to fall asleep, anxiety, panic, and depression. I know I cannot cure these for you, but my hope is that I can at the very least help you relax and make your day a little better.
The main purpose of this channel is to relax you, and create a calming environment. It is a place of positivity, and to feel safe. Relax, and happy drifting, everyone!

You're one of the only asmrtists that does a lot of scratching in a circular pattern and it's one of my favourite triggers

I loooovved the part at around 5:25 and before. The way my brain kind of got used to the slow and circular motions before and the rhythmic sound. This type of scratching isn’t my fav BUT when you then went into the short and kind of abrupt scratching oh my 🥹 I don’t know why that got me but it was so good.

I havent been into asmr for awhile. I first watched it about 12 years ago when it was legit, before it became just e-girls licking microphones whilst wearing pink wigs and begging for donations🙄.
