My impression is the owner of those horses very likely also owned the three mini donkeys you and Jami have at LHL as well that fourth mini donkey and denying he's the owner. Plus seeing their conditions in that unkempt pasture even though the horses are grazing as much as they could their owner very likely isn't keeping them as healthy as he should, aka, neglect. They deserve better than how they're being treated. It's so sad because those horses not only seem gentle, but appear to be love starved.

One of them see a cowboy pulling an ace from his sleeve. A brawl breaks out. Cowboys all going at it. Some get bottles broken over their heads. Some being tossed out of the bar.
