Great work once again! 4:58, 8:46, and 18:23 are my favourites. Would've loved to see the Before and After edits for these to give some insight into how to shoot this style, like in your older videos.
I very rarely use flash for outdoor photoshoots. I learned to see and use the available/natural light and prefer that lighting over flash. I'm however planning to do a video tutorial on how to shoot outdoors using a flash, so look out for that :)
Could you explain where you are taking the exposure reading from eg. off the faces using spot metering or off the sky etc? Are you over exposing and if so by how many stops etc?

Im getting my exposure reading from the face! and I do underexpose my images, -1 or -0.5 stops.

This is my style of portrait retouching.
Are you using a spot point on the eyes?
Yes I'm using spot point on the eyes, and I'm always shooting one stop underexposed to get better photo details.
Do u use filter on ur 85f1.2?
In portrait photoshoots I don't use any filters.
What white balance?
Im shooting in RAW so I'm using AWB, Canon doing a good job
