I quietly giggled to myself as I saw the this video after watching yesterday’s video, knowing what was coming. But I must say I loved your versions of the collage strips. Each had its own personality and they were all gorgeous. Can’t wait to see your versions of the card stock pieces.
They are easy to back and easy to connect. Just extend your back paper a bi longer abnd glue one above the other. It works really well! Bless you, Margreth. Be well ❤
At first I thought I'd watch even though I wasn't thinking it would be something I could do. Then, of course dear Margareth, you blew me away. Love your creations so much.
Finally a great idea for using those guide book pages with flowers that are too tiny to fussy cut! Great ideas thank you!❤ And next, a video using the tiny bits you trimmed off…
These are amazing, exactly like Tim Holtz one’s. You’re such a talented lady and I thank you for all your wonderful videos. Crafty hugs, Lisa from Glasgow xx ❤
How funny will it be when our journals are found by future generations or even archaeologists. They are going to be so confused about how all these vintage and modern papers are used together in projects! 🤣
Yes we can replicate them, I purchase the one which is the concertina. It is made with one continuous sheet of mixed media. That means NO seams. To me it was well worth the cost and I like that it’s mixed media. I love what you did with the collage strips, they are gorgeous! Especially the bright red, my fav!😊
Tim Holtz will be copying your versions, such lovely bits and pieces 😁😁. Could you make a continuous snippet roll like this which could be cut up into various lengths as required? Love your ingenious ideas. Crafty hugs Jacqui 😺😺💖
So fun. I am so glad you made these and shared the process with us. I cannot wait until you do the tutorial on how to make the Tim Holtz folio. Thank you.
Your version of Mr. Holtz strips is amazing! I agree, making them is so much more fun and you have more ownership in the end. Thanks for showing us how to do this. I now have the confidence to attempt this!
Lol. Love this video. And yes to the we can do it. ❤. I’m glad mr Holtz was listening to you! Thank you for your videos. I’m a scrapbooker so I don’t do all that you do but I love listening to you while I am scrapbooking you are such a delight. I also am going to be doing a vintage album in memory of my gramms so have been buying a few things vintage here and there and taking the inspiration from you. I don’t usually comment but I just had to this time. I always give a 👍 so thank you! ❤
The baking tray you are using has a very fond memory of mine when I was a child, my nanny use to do yourkshire pudding in a tray just like that I love the bottom of the pudding it produces
I always think to myself while watching your videos, oh this is my favorite! Then, you upload another video lol But really these are hands down my favorite....until...😂
These are remarkable! 🤩I think they are so beautiful and I am happy that you showed how you do it. Nothing against TH, but yours are just spectacular. I will be making some because there is something about making them yourself that makes them so special and even better with color matches. I am also excited to see you create the TH mantilla folder foilios. You are just awesome and inspirational! Hugs ❤️🤗
Your videos are so inspiring. I've currently lost my creative mojo, and you're giving me some hope. I better find my creative brain again since I'm drowning in craft supplies in my small craft area. 😵💫
Your take on the collage strips is so good! I have to do some of course. I agree with you about the bases you can purchase. I never purchase anything I can make myself. Unless I want them because they are convenient. I also agree with you about the words. I'd like to see some different and quirky words like, serendipity, capricious, hullaballoo, whippersnapper, lollygag, flabbergasted. Wouldn't that be fun? I guess we have to make our own.
Fantastic video.👍🏻👍🏻 your collage strips are amazing. Love them all. You are so quick doing each strip. 👍🏻👍🏻They look just like Tim Holtz. Your videos make me smile. 👍🏻👍🏻
Awesome! I don't have any collage strips and now I'm totally in love with your version. My mind was zinging with ideas of what I have and could use. I'm excited. Thank you, Margreth. ❤ Belinda
Margreth yours are beautiful! I bought the smaller ones last week and first thing I thought of was I’ll cut these up! Lol I have so many bits and bobs these will be so much fun to make!
Pretty! I do like the premade folio things for a quick start craft or when I’m not inspired by a blank piece of paper. But I do look forward to your crafty ideas on revamping them.
I love these, ( giggled because of knowing the story behind it). They turned out great. I love how you use all different types of products and from all different designers. I have quit watching a couple of you tubers because they seem to be only using 1 product line. (Won’t name names lol) not to say that I don’t have Mr Tim’s products because I do, but geez there’s other stuff out there . Anyway, these turned out wonderful. Thank you again for sharing
I love how hyped up you always get me! This is perfect for me today as well since I am having my weekly migraine day, always looking for more migraine safe crafts hehe :) Thank you for taking the time to make these videos for us and sharing inspiration! 🥰
It is so fun to make our own and it uses up our scraps 😊. Thanks for making crafting so fun and bringing laughter 😂 I absolutely love hearing the birds in the back ground!
Wow! Am a new subscriber. So loved this idea! I will definitely be making some of these from what I have. Love Tim Holtz products but rarely buy as can t afford them, so this is so exciting to try to recreate . Yours turned out absolutely wonderfully, hoping mine will be half as good! Also loved the idea of the baking tin to get all the bits and bobs together neatly! Genius idea. Thanks so much again looking forward to your next video xx
Love your collage stripes. Im going to dig in my room and find a make small one and hslf inch items. I'm sure I can find enough small items. Big hug always.
I do scrapbooking in 12x12 paper. I think i would cut these strips apart and use them based on colors as ephemera clusters. I do enjoy watching junk journal videos but yet to make a junk journal. I do some creating listing though in lined journals that i decorate a bit.
Mr. Holtz needs you on his design team, you have the eye!!
Thanks sweetheart, I don’t think I would be happy to be on his team 😂 so much pressure
He'd have to up his game. ❤@@SevenplazaCreative
You’re right. Too much pressure to do it his way instead of your own way. You’re perfect just the way you are ❤️
I quietly giggled to myself as I saw the this video after watching yesterday’s video, knowing what was coming. But I must say I loved your versions of the collage strips. Each had its own personality and they were all gorgeous. Can’t wait to see your versions of the card stock pieces.
😁👍🏻😘
I love when the mad (but wonderful) scientist comes out to play! Thank you much.
👍🏻😁
They are easy to back and easy to connect. Just extend your back paper a bi longer abnd glue one above the other. It works really well! Bless you, Margreth. Be well ❤
Thanks Cori 😘
At first I thought I'd watch even though I wasn't thinking it would be something I could do. Then, of course dear Margareth, you blew me away. Love your creations so much.

Absolutely love all your makes. Getting those scraps out as I’m watching. Thanks for sharing.

Love the video. I didn’t order any of the folder things because I could hear you in my head saying, “ you can make this yourself!” 😂
Yes, we can 😜😁
@@SevenplazaCreativeI am looking forward to that video!😊
We had tornadoes here in Houston and we now have power and internet again so I can watch your video. Perfect ending to my day. These are just amazing.

😂👍🏻😁
Oh wow, using 6x6 papers, what a great idea! I have so many and have a hard time using them. Now I am excited to look through them!
😁👍🏻
Your strips are just as nice…
I like making my own because then I feel like I’ve made all of the journal myself
😁👍🏻
