You need to park the car at broomhouse Whittington then walk back onto main road turn right and then almost immediately there’s a gate which runs up the side of the field. It’s in the field surrounded by trees
The pair of boloxes with their board and string have struck again. Its much quicker to use a lightweight cylinder as a wheel, about four feet in diameter and two feet wide, with the string anchored to a central axle fixed to a handle similar to a lawn mower handle, this flattens the crop neatly as he moves quickly in a circle. The other guy is holding a pole upright with a spike in the ground and the string attached just over the top of the crop. Two experienced people would make this in about an hour. It's only circles and half circles. The board/wheel man makes a two foot circle first, then extends or shortens the string a step and the next two foot can be two feet on, then he steps over a two foot section and goes the other way. Simple, all circles kept to a fairly even line on the end of the string. They can vary their design for effect and joke about how they fool everyone, over their beer as they read the online comments. The little clump left standing in the centre, thats where he planted the spike of the pole. Then they move along the sprayers tram line to extend the size and this conceals their footprints. The fakes are dead easy to spot, basically bad circles and don't compare to the really complex cc's made since 1992 when the fakers were outclassed and couldnt reproduce the complex designs of unknown origin.
@@LandscapesDronescapes No I dont say that but there were many really classy cc's post 1991 right up to date. Many beyond human ability on a field. I was directed to a rather good website which I recommend. Its got them year by year from 1991 and is well worth the subscription for someone really interested in them. www.cropcirclesandmore.com/where/archive/cropcirclearchivedate.html The Inkpen cc is a good try but its very easy to make a circle and step into the next on, then roll your wheel down the sides of those circles. Its all planned on paper ahead and carried out by people with experience of making some dummies. Its probably a sport for many people.
Thank you very much landscape for this video 🖖

@@LandscapesDronescapes Thank you
The gate is at the very bottom of Broomhall Rd. Follow the path straight up and the circle is behind the trees at the top of the field.

So they were all fake before 1992?
What about the Inkpen serpent. I think it was from 2008/9
Made by a large team of people
