Because of you I've recently discovered Matias De Stefano (and since binged several hours of his interviews and Q&As) and now Paul Selig, two incredible spiritual teachers who I otherwise would've never heard of. Just by doing these podcasts you're exposing thousands of people to new voices and uplifting knowledge. That alone is a huge accomplishment regardless of whatever other contributions you make. I've paused this at 51:09 to comment. Tears are collecting in my eyes and may fall down my cheeks. In my world, I have been alone with beliefs/thoughts/knowing that I can find no mirror for in my external surroundings. Then I discovered you and your UA-cam channel. Confirmation, resonance, validation and a community with the possibility of acceptance and understanding is what you are delivering to me. (The tears have fallen now and drip from my chin as I type.) I am so grateful that the gratitude is leaking out of my face. Lol. I have known that Love, Loves through us. That regardless of my little queen or king or their little throned personality, that to stop the flow of love is to create pain. That the whole me, that wiser more open aspect of myself cares very little for the judgements or titles of this world and that my existence here is as an anchor for this Love in all of its rainbow prism, Divine colours. To hear your guest repeat those words that love loves through us, that it is not our personalities that love, makes me feel like I am home. I hope I have made some sense. I can barely see what I am typing through these tears. Namasté 🤍 🙏

And then do you just start laughing like mad sometimes because you can’t believe it’s real? The feeling of all that light coming out of your head and around you? You have to know you’re not alone. And there’s no reason us that feel this way can’t be together more here and now aboard The Earth. I have an idea on how to do that. It’s a multifaceted idea. I just don’t know how to get it out there in a way that expresses completely why I want to do it. I don’t know how to start it. It has to do with fiercely protecting our Republic. Look, I hear Paul loud and clear. And I’m about 80% blissed out I’d say. Maybe. I don’t know. Maybe it’s 1%. I mean I feel that laughing light constantly. But people fought for me so I’d have a relatively peaceful existence in a land where there’s liberty and prosperity. Do I not have a responsibility to be a prepared “warrior poet” surrounded with like minded men and women that are capable and willing to defend the people. And again, it’s not that I hate the tyrant and slavemaster in front of us, it’s that I love what’s behind me. That’ll be the spirit of the project. The true spirit of the martial arts in other words. But using these principles in an environment where uncommon hardness and fighting competency is accomplished with excellence. I’m retired military. And over the past thirty years since I joined the military I’ve grown plenty. I was lucky to have good mentors from all over the world that showed up at the right time to help me expand my heart and spirit. I want to work to aggressively protect my and other’s children’s opportunities to do the same. Is this resonating at all? With anyone in here?

I was a rebel, in my way, in my youth (Did I just type, in my youth? Where did the time go?). I pushed back at "the system" and questioned the accepted non-sense around me. Then, I became "Mom" and my focus shifted to security and earthly comforts. I am trying to explain the whirlwind that your words have created within me tonight, and I am failing to accurately express this. I'll be back with a better understanding of my thoughts and feelings. I wanted you to know that you are not alone. There is an inner Sacred Warrior that is opening her eyes as I type this. With her awakening, many streams of inner guidance are finally making sense and 2 years worth of random knowledge is clicking into place, completing a forgotten puzzle I had shoved under the bed. I hope this makes sense. Otherwise it is a public display of my private, muddled thoughts. Lol. In a nutshell, your words have triggered a response in me that I am reluctant to commit to and yet ...... I feel guided to do so , from within. Thank you again Paul. The pandemic has pushed me back to my family's cattle farm after 15 years of being away. During that time I broke free of their fundamental Religion. I am constantly faced with oportunities to choose oneness or separation as they try and convince me to believe in their ways again. I try and keep it light hearted and respectful of their beliefs. The times I do share my truth it is often met with blank stares and jokes. Being back home has been the jet fuel I desperately needed to transform my spiritual growth...forever grateful 🙏
Wow, that's an awesome crucible that God put you back in to burn away the ego. We must recognized that in their essence, most fundamentalists truly want peace and love, but they've been forced to believe in hate and separation.
Caleb, sounds like you are doing great. Back home too, after over 20 years due to job loss, and lots of old patterns thrown at me by my mom. But it's a good thing because it shows me areas I need to master and areas I have grown in. All in all I am handling things really good, even though sometimes challenging. I was in fundamental Religion as well and having that push on me as well, but like you said it's opportunities to choose oneness or separation. I am choosing to believe what resonate with me , which is love, and not fear. Home is definitely the true testing grounds. That's where most of what we learn started. Stay centered in your serenity, in the space of your heart. Speak your truth to people when you sense their heart is open, otherwise your words will be wasted. When the listener is open and ready, your words will land on fertile ground. They must be willing. Just by being centered in silent awareness you are already bringing light and love to your family. They will be elevated by your simple presence. ❤
I found God through spirituality and psychedelics. I still think church feels wrong but despite my secular upbringing (never did church or anything), I've found incredibly deep wisdom in the Bible. I'm convinced psychedelics were heavily involved in the Birth of Christianity. It brought me to God, and gave me the ability to open my heart with trust to His way. I know it's the opposite direction most people go, and I don't know why, but it definitely feels right to me.
Again, the basic principle is true. There are multiple states of being---I've made videos on this with full scholarly precision. The spiritual ascent is fundamentally the most treacherous. This is what Jung warns us about--ego inflation. One can become addicted to anything---spirituality included. There are powers within and beyond us and that is the task of each human person, not collectively as some woo-woo humanity progressing into a new consciousness. As Pythagoras says, "Don't walk along highways"---stay away from thr collective or mob as best you can because whatever the masses support will absolutely distort any truth you may encounter on a personal level.
Good words. I appreciate that because I find the light that fills me up, and everything that comes with it like a hurricane… the love energy feeling, the gratitude, etc… Well, it’s hard to keep it to myself, but I think it’s important to not tell too many people about it. Lao Tzu says “Just show them the results.” But yes, you have to be sort of alone on the path, and unconventional. And a bit wild. At least that’s been my path.
Yes I agree. When You start to show the love pouring from you, and expressing love for those that need it the most, the most despicable among us, people become fearful of this. I just act like a battery, or a bulb... Silent and energetic and glowing flowing with love.
I wanted to share an experience that I had last fall. I had been working on a book for the last 6 years, I finally finished it and printed one for myself. The day it arrived in the mail I went to the park with my partner and two boys. I saw the world so differently than I had before! I don't know if it was a gift from spirit or God for finishing the goal we had together or what but I looked around the busy park and saw God within everyone. It was the life sheen in everyone's eyes and I honored it and recognized it. I looked at a woman and could tell what she was projecting about herself - she thought, you're going to look at me like everyone does which is a low drug addict but I didn't. I saw that something real in her eyes when she looked at me and I loved her and God showed me that he loved all of them at the level they were at and most of them were choosing to play ‘small’ he explained but that level of simplicity was precious to him, even hinting at being the most precious to him. I saw everyone there that way and I felt loved I felt there was a door opening to spirits outlook on everyone. I wanted it to stay that way. I saw a young boy who was really shy in his demeanor and how others could sense it as a weakness but God saw it as so cute and precious. I think that's how he looks at everyone. He loves everyone at the level they are at whenever they are at it. We were all equal in love yet we had a uniqueness that he tremendously admired. Maybe this life isn't for everyone to be awake and aware of being ‘woke’? The beauty of love is there for everyone at whatever stage.
Talia Drick. That is really very interesting. I have some trouble reconciling how different people experience o.b.e's and nde's and I think that when you say - God recognizes and loves everyone at the level they are at - that can be applied to their nde's. I find it really interesting that alot of people now, these days, experience an intergrated spiritual bureaucracy with fewer experiencing an all out Heaven or hell.
@@lccsd2392 heaven and hell don't exist in how we perceive it here on earth. Things are what they are in this life and the any others. Time is an illusion. All of our trappings are merely an illusion of armor or masking which don't exist when we ascend at least in my experience. There are no words, time, race, body shapes or space (telepathy is the closest word that can describe it). There's no bad, good they just are what they are. I haven't experienced negatively in my journey but no those who have. I know those who were afraid to live or move too far from their bodies when having an o.b.e. whereas I was prepared to gleefully leave this life. We're given what we need in order, to go on just a little while longer. I pray your journey is filled with rainbows and butterflies and trust in the process and more importantly YOURSELF. It's lonely but full at the same time.

I clicked on a video of complacent interest and this video came on. (To be clear, this video started playing as opposed to the random one I chose) and although to be able to articulate the gauntlet of trials, tribulations and transformation I have been navigating in this comment is an impossibly, what I can say with the most pure of certainty after watching what was divinely put before me is this: The innate value put on an outcome is for lack of better imagery the key to unlock the door to ones heaven, as in it only belongs in the keyhole. Holding on to it was never an intended action. We all hold this key, but it began to be coveted which evolved into lack of understanding of this tool which evolved into fear as we fear what we don't understand. But WOW... ITS SO SIMPLE. I understand how hard it is to let go of outcome. I nearly killed myself because I would not let go. This was exactly what I needed to hear and experience today, after a brief (but painful) descent into a victim state - feeling attacked, censored and threatened by the oppressive, evil “other.” I was sobbing and shaking with fear last night. A battle of my own creation. There is no need for war, no need to fight. I’m protected. I will continue to connect to the divine in myself, the divine in everything and everyone and in the unknown. Sometimes the "small self" calls us back into a victim stance so that our True Self, our Divine Self, can grab us gently by the shoulders and wake us up. It worked!
They all need to learn this, you don't try to make somebody change. You make the changes yourself to yourself and let them see you having a good time with it and they will come join along if it's the right thing

I just figured out how I sabotage my evolution. Everytime I experience the higher vibration than boom! The next thing I know I feel really down and angry and I couldn't understand why, until I realised that my small self wants to keep itself safe. So it wants to overtake the driverseat and everytime I let it do that because of the lack of trust. Trust in the devine, trust in my own devinity and that the universe wants the best for me. And that's what kept me small. So I have to trancend that lack. If I want to fly, I have to trust myself and the devine ❤🙏

A bishop I once spoke with said love is not to be trusted. I searched the bible and found 365 places that spoke of love. Only one said it is not to be trusted. I pointed out some things to him that really made him mad and blocked me. Many years later I received a msg from him thanking me for what I said that day to him. It made a difference. Gratitude that he could now teach his audience better informed.

Beautiful podcast, thank you. FWIW, in my experience, a fear of external persecution is an externalization of my own learned pattern of persecuting - my pattern of judging, rejecting, shaming, blaming, assassinating, etc others and, even more deeply, myself. This pattern was a learned response to original wound of disconnection - it was one of the ways I learned to feel safe in the world. When the fear is activated it is a symptom showing me that I am out of my center, ungrounded, disconnected from my awareness of my innate wholeness. Disembodied. The opportunity the fear invites is to consciously re-center and re-embody my awareness of my wholeness, and integrate/release the pattern. This makes the fear completely disappear, but even better, it restores one’s embodiment of, and awareness of, one’s innate wholeness. We make radically different choices when we are connected to, aware of, our innate wholeness. The Embodied Root Wholeness process is a one way of doing this: it is a teachable/learnable process of consciously engaging with the inner energy field to release outgrown energetic patterns. Not every teacher will resonate with every person, not every tool will work for everybody. In my opinion we should all be sharing resources generously. We are at a profound moment in history, which is best served with an open flow of communication, and ever enlarging normalization of these topics. The stifling of any conversation that is intended to explore and share resources that work is old thinking.

I think I got most of it right at 23:00 The Guides: The idea of who you are and what you are is actually imperative to understand, so it was the perfect introduction. The idea of separation is based in a belief that you are not worthy. If you are not worthy of the divine how could the one decide you be? To rectify this, first and foremost, requires a self-awareness that you are *of* the whole, which means participatory. The divine being that you truly are is already in a reconciled state, not only with its source, but all the creations of source. The amplification of the divine self, the recognition of it, the position of it, and the realization of it is the work that we teach. When you are operating at this level of vibration you become a conductor for the higher field and, in fact, what you encounter is actually moved or lifted or changed by the nature of presence in co-resonance. How you act upon this, how you change the world in your mind and language would be rather different. You think the work is all done with your hands, but it is not. Your hands may be called to work, but you cannot move this with blunt force, it will resist and fight. Nobody wants to be awakened from their bed of sleep by being kicked out of it, but the slumbering one will awaken as more awaken. Now, when you do understand that you’re as your brother as your sister, that you are of the same source, and you move to the innate divinity that must be present there you act in accord with that, you don’t kill what you know to be holy nor you damn the one who’s learning the lessons in a hard way, you comprehend the learning. You support the awakening as you can. To make others wrong simply perpetuates separation. To go to truth, the eternal truth, the divine as who and what will claim service in the highest way available to the *individual*. As long as you are operating in separation you’ll be operating in a kind of autonomy. We move our students to the idea of pluralization or of the whole, where your acts matter, not just for self, but for all. You will see in time that that is how a world is made new, but it cannot be made new if you are denying the divine in anyone in the same period.
With regards to the "What I Am" statement, the answer, and best way to experience the truth is to tell yourself ... "I AM THIS, I AM THE ABSOLUTE ... OMNIPOTENT ... ETERNAL ... MOMENT, AND SO ARE YOU"

a note on the practical management of ‘the small self’. the small self has triggers. what a trigger is is this: something you notice causes in you the reaction of calling something bad. the reaction, in other words, of condemning something. it could be somebody wearing too much perfume, it could be the conduct of our elected officials; whatever, it doesn’t matter-the only important thing is that certain things trigger the small self. and the only important choice is whether you manage your small self in such a way as to have it repeatedly triggered.

Small self is like practice wheels, or a cautionary brake. Otherwise you'd go full throttle from the start and hit a wall at full speed. Small self doesn't want to control it wants to be there when you need it. Slipping back into small self is basically habitual residue from years of overuse. That's how I try to see it now.

I've paused this at 51:09 to comment. Tears are collecting in my eyes and may fall down my cheeks. In my world, I have been alone with beliefs/thoughts/knowing that I can find no mirror for in my external surroundings.
Then I discovered you and your UA-cam channel. Confirmation, resonance, validation and a community with the possibility of acceptance and understanding is what you are delivering to me.
(The tears have fallen now and drip from my chin as I type.)
I am so grateful that the gratitude is leaking out of my face. Lol.
I have known that Love, Loves through us. That regardless of my little queen or king or their little throned personality, that to stop the flow of love is to create pain. That the whole me, that wiser more open aspect of myself cares very little for the judgements or titles of this world and that my existence here is as an anchor for this Love in all of its rainbow prism, Divine colours.
To hear your guest repeat those words that love loves through us, that it is not our personalities that love, makes me feel like I am home.

You have to know you’re not alone. And there’s no reason us that feel this way can’t be together more here and now aboard The Earth. I have an idea on how to do that. It’s a multifaceted idea. I just don’t know how to get it out there in a way that expresses completely why I want to do it. I don’t know how to start it. It has to do with fiercely protecting our Republic. Look, I hear Paul loud and clear. And I’m about 80% blissed out I’d say. Maybe. I don’t know. Maybe it’s 1%. I mean I feel that laughing light constantly. But people fought for me so I’d have a relatively peaceful existence in a land where there’s liberty and prosperity. Do I not have a responsibility to be a prepared “warrior poet” surrounded with like minded men and women that are capable and willing to defend the people. And again, it’s not that I hate the tyrant and slavemaster in front of us, it’s that I love what’s behind me. That’ll be the spirit of the project. The true spirit of the martial arts in other words. But using these principles in an environment where uncommon hardness and fighting competency is accomplished with excellence. I’m retired military. And over the past thirty years since I joined the military I’ve grown plenty. I was lucky to have good mentors from all over the world that showed up at the right time to help me expand my heart and spirit. I want to work to aggressively protect my and other’s children’s opportunities to do the same. Is this resonating at all? With anyone in here?

What you have written above has, for the first time in my adult life, created a desire within me to rock this boat.
I was a rebel, in my way, in my youth (Did I just type, in my youth? Where did the time go?).
I pushed back at "the system" and questioned the accepted non-sense around me. Then, I became "Mom" and my focus shifted to security and earthly comforts.
I am trying to explain the whirlwind that your words have created within me tonight, and I am failing to accurately express this.
I'll be back with a better understanding of my thoughts and feelings. I wanted you to know that you are not alone.
There is an inner Sacred Warrior that is opening her eyes as I type this. With her awakening, many streams of inner guidance are finally making sense and 2 years worth of random knowledge is clicking into place, completing a forgotten puzzle I had shoved under the bed.

Thank you again Paul. The pandemic has pushed me back to my family's cattle farm after 15 years of being away. During that time I broke free of their fundamental Religion. I am constantly faced with oportunities to choose oneness or separation as they try and convince me to believe in their ways again. I try and keep it light hearted and respectful of their beliefs. The times I do share my truth it is often met with blank stares and jokes. Being back home has been the jet fuel I desperately needed to transform my spiritual growth...forever grateful 🙏
Wow, that's an awesome crucible that God put you back in to burn away the ego. We must recognized that in their essence, most fundamentalists truly want peace and love, but they've been forced to believe in hate and separation.
Caleb, sounds like you are doing great. Back home too, after over 20 years due to job loss, and lots of old patterns thrown at me by my mom. But it's a good thing because it shows me areas I need to master and areas I have grown in. All in all I am handling things really good, even though sometimes challenging. I was in fundamental Religion as well and having that push on me as well, but like you said it's opportunities to choose oneness or separation. I am choosing to believe what resonate with me , which is love, and not fear. Home is definitely the true testing grounds. That's where most of what we learn started. Stay centered in your serenity, in the space of your heart. Speak your truth to people when you sense their heart is open, otherwise your words will be wasted. When the listener is open and ready, your words will land on fertile ground. They must be willing.
Just by being centered in silent awareness you are already bringing light and love to your family. They will be elevated by your simple presence. ❤

I found God through spirituality and psychedelics. I still think church feels wrong but despite my secular upbringing (never did church or anything), I've found incredibly deep wisdom in the Bible. I'm convinced psychedelics were heavily involved in the Birth of Christianity. It brought me to God, and gave me the ability to open my heart with trust to His way. I know it's the opposite direction most people go, and I don't know why, but it definitely feels right to me.
Again, the basic principle is true. There are multiple states of being---I've made videos on this with full scholarly precision. The spiritual ascent is fundamentally the most treacherous. This is what Jung warns us about--ego inflation. One can become addicted to anything---spirituality included. There are powers within and beyond us and that is the task of each human person, not collectively as some woo-woo humanity progressing into a new consciousness. As Pythagoras says, "Don't walk along highways"---stay away from thr collective or mob as best you can because whatever the masses support will absolutely distort any truth you may encounter on a personal level.
Good words. I appreciate that because I find the light that fills me up, and everything that comes with it like a hurricane… the love energy feeling, the gratitude, etc… Well, it’s hard to keep it to myself, but I think it’s important to not tell too many people about it. Lao Tzu says “Just show them the results.” But yes, you have to be sort of alone on the path, and unconventional. And a bit wild. At least that’s been my path.
Yes I agree. When You start to show the love pouring from you, and expressing love for those that need it the most, the most despicable among us, people become fearful of this. I just act like a battery, or a bulb... Silent and energetic and glowing flowing with love.
I wanted to share an experience that I had last fall. I had been working on a book for the last 6 years, I finally finished it and printed one for myself. The day it arrived in the mail I went to the park with my partner and two boys. I saw the world so differently than I had before! I don't know if it was a gift from spirit or God for finishing the goal we had together or what but I looked around the busy park and saw God within everyone. It was the life sheen in everyone's eyes and I honored it and recognized it. I looked at a woman and could tell what she was projecting about herself - she thought, you're going to look at me like everyone does which is a low drug addict but I didn't. I saw that something real in her eyes when she looked at me and I loved her and God showed me that he loved all of them at the level they were at and most of them were choosing to play ‘small’ he explained but that level of simplicity was precious to him, even hinting at being the most precious to him. I saw everyone there that way and I felt loved I felt there was a door opening to spirits outlook on everyone. I wanted it to stay that way.
I saw a young boy who was really shy in his demeanor and how others could sense it as a weakness but God saw it as so cute and precious.
I think that's how he looks at everyone. He loves everyone at the level they are at whenever they are at it. We were all equal in love yet we had a uniqueness that he tremendously admired.
Maybe this life isn't for everyone to be awake and aware of being ‘woke’?
The beauty of love is there for everyone at whatever stage.
Talia Drick. That is really very interesting. I have some trouble reconciling how different people experience o.b.e's and nde's and I think that when you say - God recognizes and loves everyone at the level they are at - that can be applied to their nde's. I find it really interesting that alot of people now, these days, experience an intergrated spiritual bureaucracy with fewer experiencing an all out Heaven or hell.

@@lccsd2392 heaven and hell don't exist in how we perceive it here on earth. Things are what they are in this life and the any others. Time is an illusion. All of our trappings are merely an illusion of armor or masking which don't exist when we ascend at least in my experience. There are no words, time, race, body shapes or space (telepathy is the closest word that can describe it). There's no bad, good they just are what they are. I haven't experienced negatively in my journey but no those who have. I know those who were afraid to live or move too far from their bodies when having an o.b.e. whereas I was prepared to gleefully leave this life. We're given what we need in order, to go on just a little while longer. I pray your journey is filled with rainbows and butterflies and trust in the process and more importantly YOURSELF. It's lonely but full at the same time.

This is awesome! I love these guides. I wrote a poem for a competition in December 2021. The theme was "Goodbye 2021 Hello 2022" so a part I wrote about seeing all that was being brought to the surface which is helping us to clear away the old and other realisations.... I clicked on a video of complacent interest and this video came on. (To be clear, this video started playing as opposed to the random one I chose) and although to be able to articulate the gauntlet of trials, tribulations and transformation I have been navigating in this comment is an impossibly, what I can say with the most pure of certainty after watching what was divinely put before me is this: The innate value put on an outcome is for lack of better imagery the key to unlock the door to ones heaven, as in it only belongs in the keyhole. Holding on to it was never an intended action. We all hold this key, but it began to be coveted which evolved into lack of understanding of this tool which evolved into fear as we fear what we don't understand. But WOW... ITS SO SIMPLE.

Sometimes the "small self" calls us back into a victim stance so that our True Self, our Divine Self, can grab us gently by the shoulders and wake us up. It worked!

I just figured out how I sabotage my evolution. Everytime I experience the higher vibration than boom! The next thing I know I feel really down and angry and I couldn't understand why, until I realised that my small self wants to keep itself safe. So it wants to overtake the driverseat and everytime I let it do that because of the lack of trust. Trust in the devine, trust in my own devinity and that the universe wants the best for me. And that's what kept me small. So I have to trancend that lack. If I want to fly, I have to trust myself and the devine ❤🙏

A bishop I once spoke with said love is not to be trusted. I searched the bible and found 365 places that spoke of love. Only one said it is not to be trusted. I pointed out some things to him that really made him mad and blocked me. Many years later I received a msg from him thanking me for what I said that day to him. It made a difference. Gratitude that he could now teach his audience better informed.

Beautiful podcast, thank you. FWIW, in my experience, a fear of external persecution is an externalization of my own learned pattern of persecuting - my pattern of judging, rejecting, shaming, blaming, assassinating, etc others and, even more deeply, myself. This pattern was a learned response to original wound of disconnection - it was one of the ways I learned to feel safe in the world. When the fear is activated it is a symptom showing me that I am out of my center, ungrounded, disconnected from my awareness of my innate wholeness. Disembodied. The opportunity the fear invites is to consciously re-center and re-embody my awareness of my wholeness, and integrate/release the pattern. This makes the fear completely disappear, but even better, it restores one’s embodiment of, and awareness of, one’s innate wholeness. We make radically different choices when we are connected to, aware of, our innate wholeness.
The Embodied Root Wholeness process is a one way of doing this: it is a teachable/learnable process of consciously engaging with the inner energy field to release outgrown energetic patterns. If this resonates I’d love to connect and see if this is right for you.

Not every teacher will resonate with every person, not every tool will work for everybody. In my opinion we should all be sharing resources generously. We are at a profound moment in history, which is best served with an open flow of communication, and ever enlarging normalization of these topics. The stifling of any conversation that is intended to explore and share resources that work is old thinking.

The Guides:
The idea of who you are and what you are is actually imperative to understand, so it was the perfect introduction.
The idea of separation is based in a belief that you are not worthy. If you are not worthy of the divine how could the one decide you be?
To rectify this, first and foremost, requires a self-awareness that you are *of* the whole, which means participatory.
The divine being that you truly are is already in a reconciled state, not only with its source, but all the creations of source. The amplification of the divine self, the recognition of it, the position of it, and the realization of it is the work that we teach.
When you are operating at this level of vibration you become a conductor for the higher field and, in fact, what you encounter is actually moved or lifted or changed by the nature of presence in co-resonance.
How you act upon this, how you change the world in your mind and language would be rather different. You think the work is all done with your hands, but it is not. Your hands may be called to work, but you cannot move this with blunt force, it will resist and fight. Nobody wants to be awakened from their bed of sleep by being kicked out of it, but the slumbering one will awaken as more awaken.
Now, when you do understand that you’re as your brother as your sister, that you are of the same source, and you move to the innate divinity that must be present there you act in accord with that, you don’t kill what you know to be holy nor you damn the one who’s learning the lessons in a hard way, you comprehend the learning. You support the awakening as you can.
To make others wrong simply perpetuates separation. To go to truth, the eternal truth, the divine as who and what will claim service in the highest way available to the *individual*.
As long as you are operating in separation you’ll be operating in a kind of autonomy. We move our students to the idea of pluralization or of the whole, where your acts matter, not just for self, but for all.
You will see in time that that is how a world is made new, but it cannot be made new if you are denying the divine in anyone in the same period.
I appreciate the level you are working at, Aubrey.
With regards to the "What I Am" statement, the answer, and best way to experience the truth is to tell yourself ... "I AM THIS, I AM THE ABSOLUTE ... OMNIPOTENT ... ETERNAL ... MOMENT, AND SO ARE YOU"

Every soul that chooses to come into a body knows what the likely outcomes are. And a soul may NOT EVEN ENTER the body fully until the first breath. No harm, no foul. Forgiveness is the key. (Those last 2 parts are mine. ;-) )

a note on the practical management of ‘the small self’. the small self has triggers. what a trigger is is this: something you notice causes in you the reaction of calling something bad. the reaction, in other words, of condemning something. it could be somebody wearing too much perfume, it could be the conduct of our elected officials; whatever, it doesn’t matter-the only important thing is that certain things trigger the small self. and the only important choice is whether you manage your small self in such a way as to have it repeatedly triggered.

Small self doesn't want to control it wants to be there when you need it.
Slipping back into small self is basically habitual residue from years of overuse.
That's how I try to see it now.
