  • The Cuisinart ICE-100 makes the best Ice Cream & Sorbet. It is so easy to use.
The basic Vanilla recipe is below:
To make Coffee Ice Ceam substitute 1 cup of Cold Coffee in place of the 1 cup Milk.
    3 cups 36% Heavy Cream
    1 Cup Milk
    1 Cup Sugar
    1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoons Vanillia Extract ( Mexican Vanilla Extract is the best)
Mix in the ice cream maker for 44 minutes.
**Eggs are optional - you don’t need them for this recipe 👍🏼

I was surprised the eggs were not cooked by tempering them with warm cream. Also, I think I read that you should not use metal to scrape the ice cream from the bowl it will ruin the bowl? It said to use only a spatula or wooden spoon. Can you answer to these concerns. Thanks.

that's what I thought, too. raw yolks.

@@elnywidjaja9885I usually temper the eggs when making custard like that.
But on the other hand, if I crack an egg and it smells good, I will have it raw.

Thank you for this. Just what I was looking for. I’m going to give it a go. ❤
Edit: so I made this today. BIG FAIL! I churned it for almost 2hrs…. Ended up with mild soft serve. It’s now in the freezer for the night.
It does taste nice though, but at the end of the day, I’m after ice-cream!
2nd edit: ok, so it has been in the freezer overnight. I have pulled it out and took a spoon to test it. WOW…WOW…WOW!!! It scoops just like shop bought ice cream, it’s tastes bloody delicious and now, I’m a happy camper. WIN / WIN.
I will definitely make this again. P/S, I used Allulose instead of sugar to make this KETO friendly. YUM 😋

Possibly due to your ice cream maker not getting cold enough. I followed op’s recipe and it only took around 40 minutes

@@giam9990 I have the exact same ice cream maker as in the video.

@@janeababe same here. Could yours be faulty hence it’s taking a lot longer than op and I? It took me around 40 mins similar to op.

The ice cream maker has a condenser. No need to prefreeze.
