This is a brilliant interview because it reveals something crucial about why some talented young kids are better off at smaller provincial clubs to help them develop. The important thing to learn from this interview is that just because a young Scots footballer has elite technical ability, does not always mean they would thrive at a big elite club like Celtic, rangers, Bayern, Chelsea or Liverpool. Depending on the personality and maturity then most young player really are better staying with provincial clubs until at least 21, get 100 professional games or more and then make that next step. Its about maturity and we loose too many talented kids who just take the big move at 18 and they then dont have enough maturity or life experience to handle that change. We need to learn from this interview from Lennon Millers father. When the time is right and they get 100 games then give these youth talents the step up.
Great wee interview Lee comes across as a brilliant anchor for the young boy, and hopefully he goes on to have a great and successful career, but, I have seen the highlights reel and to be honest I see young players week in week out doing exactly what he does, a big strong holding midfielder, thats it, dont get to carried away folks.
Was hoping Rangers would sign this young man last year but unfortunately we don’t have any good scouts at Rangers. Would be great to sign more Scottish players at Ibrox instead of foreigners.
Lennon won't benefit from joining Celtic or any other club where he isn't an automatic first team player. He will benefit more from being a first team player at Motherwell for at least another season.
He should sign for rangers because he would go right into the first team and that's what he needs to keep progressing is first team football and he would do that with rangers if he went to Celtic he wouldn't get right into the first team because of the players they have and that kills me to say that but rangers will get back were they belong at the top 😢

Nice interview - Lee makes some great points, good luck to young Lennon.

Proof that good parents is as viral as good training. Best he gives abroad away from the goldfish bowl.
Still a lot to learn

Man of many clubs, but nae grown up troosers.
Looks a half decent enough player. Hardly a world beater.
