The Prohibition movement, internationally, has failed utterly for over a century. It's time we moved on to look at alternatives that are working, which have shown promise. They are out there. However, if egocentric politicians and bureaucrats think they have the answers, and those answers are the same as those which have failed for over a century - what are we really doing? I don't often find myself agreeing with the Archbishop, but on this, he was deeply insightful.
