오늘은 제가 좋아하는 레시피 중 하나인 솥밥 만들기를 보여 드리려 해요.
어떻게 만드는지 기본 룰만 알면 냉장고 털이용으로 아주 유용한 레시피 랍니다!

Ingredients | 재료 (2-3 portion, 인분)
For Pot Rice 버섯 솥밥 재료
1/2 Mushroom 만가닥 버섯
1/2 Radish 무(한국 무는 1/4)
2 cups Rinsed rice 씻은 쌀
2 cups Water 물 (Same amount as rice 쌀과 같은 용량)
Spinach 시금치
Sesame oil 참기름
For Sauce 소스
2 Tbsp Soy sauce 간장
1 Tbsp Cooking syrup(or Half amount of Sugar) 올리고당
1 Tbsp Sesame oil 참기름
2 small piece of Garlic 마늘
Sesame seed 깨

Hehe U bought it from Korea, it’s a small version of traditional Korean pot! But it’s fine to make with just a normal pot 😉
