    Recipe in English:
    Ingredients:
    Prepare Butterscotch Sauce:
    -Brown sugar ¾ Cup
    -Water 2 tbs
    -Nurpur unsalted butter 50g
    -Cream ½ Cup (room temperature)
    -Vanilla essence ½ tsp
    Prepare Butterscotch Ice cream:
    -Ice cubes as required
    -Cream chilled 400ml
    -Condensed milk ¼ Cup
    -Vanilla essence ½ tsp
    Directions:
    Prepare Butterscotch Sauce:
    -In a saucepan,add brown sugar,water & cook on low flame until sugar caramelizes.
    -Add butter,let it melt & mix well.
    -On low flame,add cream,vanilla essence,whisk well & bring it to boil.
    -Let it cool completely & transfer to a squeeze bottle.
    Prepare Butterscotch Ice cream:
    -In a large bowl,add ice cubes & place another bowl over it.
    -Add cream & beat until cream is fluffy & forms soft peaks (6-8 minutes).
    -Add condensed milk,vanilla essence & beat until combined.
    -Transfer the cream mixture in an ice cream mold or pan & half-filled it.
    -Add prepared butterscotch sauce & make swirls with the help of wooden skewer.
    -Now pour remaining cream mixture,prepared butterscotch sauce & make swirls with the help of wooden skewer.
    -Cover with cling film & freeze for 8-10 hours or overnight in freezer.
    -Scoop out,drizzle prepare butterscotch sauce & serve!
    -Yield: 1 litre

    -Makhan dal ker melt karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
    -Halki ancch per cream aur vanilla essence dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein aur ubal anay dein.
    -Thanda ker lein phir squeeze bottle mein transfer ker lein.
    Prepare Butterscotch Ice cream:
    -Baday bowl mein ice cubes dal ker upper sa ek aur bowl rakh dein.
    -Cream dal dein aur fluffy & soft peaks form ho janay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein (6-8 minutes).
    -Condensed milk aur vanilla essence dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
    -Ice cream mold or pan mein cream mixture ki half quantity dal dein.
    -Tayyar butterscotch sauce dal ker wooden skewer ki madad sa swirls bana lein.
    -Ab remaining cream mixture aur tayyar butterscotch sauce dal ker wooden skewer ki madad sa swirls bana lein.
    -Cling film sa cover karein aur 8-10 hours ya overnight kliya freezer mein freeze ker lein.
    -Scoop out ker lein aur tayyar butterscotch sauce drizzle ker ka serve karein!
    -Yield: 1 litre
