I Agree with the statement of going down half. The ankle collar is wider and I get heel slippage TTS with a high it's fine as it won't come off your ankle. But always down half on OG Lows for me ( would describe myself having slim narrow feet )
Jordans have a pretty narrow toe box. For wide footers or ppl who want some wiggle room for their toes, which everyone should for general foot health, I would agree with going half size up IMO

Love this video and love this pair! I got mine in last week and I can't stop wearing them. Also I am so glad you called out the people saying to go down 1/2 a size! I 100% disagree as well. These fit perfect TTS. I saw multiple videos on UA-cam saying to go down 1/2 a size. No idea why they are suggesting that.
Bigger/wider feet can get away with tts. If you have narrow/smaller feet then 1/2 size down is recommended for low og’s. That’s my theory.

Half sized down on the lows, the consensus seems this way, but I think it’s because I lace loosely where the highs with a loose lace won’t cause heel slippage. I’m a 10 in all my air max, and believe that’s my TTS, but AJ1 lows I half size down, which I think is a safe bet for narrow footers, I think wide footers should just do TTS. I thought I was crazy about half sizing down on the lows, but the Reddit comments had the same consensus so I knew it wasn’t just my mind playing some games.

Eddie I did the same as you, I went half size up as I have to in all men's and GS Jordan 1s otherwise it's an uncomfortable fit, especially with thicker socks. Love the black windbreaker pants with the Nautica tee. Unzipping any nylon pants atop a low profile shoe works for me.
I agree totally, I went true to size and it’s comfortable enough even with thick socks. Everyone is better going true to size.

Canada didn't get alot compared to US and it was sold out in the first day but there was a small restock of blacktoe from my local nike store and I was able to get them

I never ever ever size down, never have. I go TTS in lows and up half a size in highs. The padding makes highs feel tighter.

As for sizing I’ve had the black toe low non ogs for 4 years now and I went with my true size 8.5 us
In highs I usually go 9 us
And I’ve got the unc blue og lows a year ago I went down to a size 8 because it would make my feet look super long

Normally i wear a size 13 in Retro 1s but i have a pair of Retro 1 lows in a 12.5 and it fits me perfectly

I rock 11us but for j1s, i always go half size. I copped a j1 LW TS Fragment 11us and oh boy, the creases were ugly! I then bought the rev mocha 10.5 and I had no problems with how the creases look like. Im glad I went down half a size on j1s low without compromising comfort. Id prolly get these black toes on my hands this week.

For sizing on the og lows.. depends on how the highs fit you. If the size you usually use for highs are tight then go tts, but if you have room then go down half a size as the material loosens after a few wears.
