15-Minute Spaghetti with Olive Oil and Garlic (SPAGHETTI AGLIO E OLIO)
INGREDIENTS
300 grams spaghetti
3 tbsp olive oil
5 cloves garlic, sliced
½ tsp chili flakes
3 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
½ cup pasta water (reserved before draining)
Enjoy!

I stole this from a diff youtuber but add cold olive oil when the oil and garlic is bubbling so it doesnt change color of the garlic. then do it 1-2 two more times then add the water so you have more flavor.
