  • Starting this new week of exercises, we're going to introduce kids a routine with 6 gentle exercises, super easy and quick, so that they can work on strengthening their core every day at home!
    Strengthening the core region is essential for kids to have better balance and body stability, as it's the region of the body responsible for these two skills. Posture will also be improved, as this region involves the lumbar spine's muscles, helping kids to have better posture and thus avoiding future back problems. Having better balance and stability also helps the little ones avoid injuries and accidental falls, keeping them safer when playing sports or doing any activity that involves jumping and running, for example.
    This quick series of exercises aims to strengthen the core, and is a fun routine suitable for kids of all ages! Let's get the kids and start this new workout! 💪
