These 5 exercises on the mat target all the muscles of the belly, the upper, mid, lower, and side abs, helping the little ones to have a more balanced body so they can move better and safely, thus reducing the risk of falls. The workout consists of mat routines similar to Pilates exercises, which are the best exercises when it comes to abdominal mobilization.
