I think an outer ring thieves/bandits squad would really make a lot of sense because most everyone besides SOC squad are all inner city based. We don't really know a whole lot about Obol Squad either and I'd imagine they have some rather...morally ambiguous types being a militaristic faction. Also Joy (I think that's the dude in the all black coat) looks like he's straight up not a very nice person

The character I'm most looking forward to seeing is (Sarah). I think she will be playable one day.
