I love you Junkman, but why are you spending money to go to said convention, when you're e-begging for money for your sons car
What money? $16?
1: free press ticket to get in
2: I make money going to the con
3: it’s local
4: yes I bought an over priced pizza for $16
5: no idea what e-begging is, begging is begging
Shame on you for having a life outside of trying to get your son a new car engine.😊😊😊
The one thing you're guaranteed to find at every convention, swap meet, flea market, comic shop, and anywhere is a wall of pop vinyl. And they're all rare and valuable because of various reasons.
😂
Debra Dunning would have been worth the price of admission.
I wish they’d have some cons like this closer to where I am, but closest one in my home state is in Lexington and that’s way across the state for me.
You mean Massachusetts or Kentucky ?
Reminds me of the Giblator trade center that we used to have in Michigan it was a football field long . Miss the place .
Dan Parent was there. He’s famous as an artist for Archie Comics and does fantastic commission work.
That wasnt Rupaul. That was offspring from Rupaul and a Wompa lol
Did you ever find out if that guy's Protein Pack is working?
there some debate if it was broke or just how it looked in the bright room
As I said on your community post over the weekend: I’ve setup in artist alley the last few years at Atlanta Comic Con except this year. I was usually busy working my table but when I did out to do some cursory shopping I never found anything that piqued my interest. People that come to this con are mostly there for autographs.
Yes the vending sucked. Pops , homemade lightsaber and arts and crafts
It looks exactly like the KC Comic Con I went to last year, 95% Bullshit/Crap. No place to sit down-No real food options. Nothing Vintage. Best part was me and my son meeting and taking a picture with Richard Dreyfuss. Never again!
yes they didnt have good toys, and what they had was mostly stuff you find at walmart
I can't wait for mine's but mines will be filled with Japanese anime and Funko pop, just like all the other cons.
Didn't Funko go belly up?
@@theequalizer9154 Yeah they did but people love those things
Good Vid my dude, keep em coming.
Never been to one but I'd be more into vintage and not so much all the Pops.
I was there to
Looked to be pretty poppin', I reckon...🤘🏼💯✔️
I'd hate to be a seller and go to one of the cons and set everything up and not make any or few sales and then have to put all the stuff back up.
junk bro this was a pretty fast pace...
yep nothing to look at
Would you please please please get a gimbal for your camera to stop the camera shaking, i just can’t watch it, gives me a headache 😮
no, then people want me to slow down to look at the stuff not worth looking at ;)
The vendors were too expensive. I drove down to the Columbus Toy show and the vendors there had far better prices.
You just can't not quote star wars there ...mostly 'look at the size of that thing ' ...cut the chatter red 2.😮
junkman, you could go slower when looking at items so we can see them, alot of the video is blurry because you are moving so fast
I will when there’s something worth looking at
Junkman, I LOVE your channel, but DADGUM SON! You move that camera like somebody's drunk uncle from out of town!
Anyway, I hope you had a good time, I really do.
Was that Randy Quaid, or were you just kidding?
If you ever meet Alec Baldwin, STAND BEHIND HIM!
yes it was him
@@ThatJunkmanJunkman, you should have interviewed him! Or, at least tried to.
@@theequalizer9154 quaid is a nut case and his handler didn't even want anyone to get a camera shot of the illustrious randall quaid.
sorry Junkman, love you and your channel, but I had to turn this one off almost immediately. With all the camera shaking, couldn’t really see anything anyway. Please invest n a stabling imble for when you are outside the studio, so your camera doesn’t shake so much. Besides that keep up the good work
It's called a gimbal, and people use it to make more stable walking videos.
I'll second that.
By the way, a gimbal? A lot of others do videos at cons, and they're steady with the video. Junkman just needs to practice. He needs a practice a lot!
The world doesn’t stop and start at your convenience, send junk man a camera if you can’t watch , the rest of us had no problem.
nothing to see
i slow down when there is something worth looking at. unlike others that slow down for it all the show the crap. My style is more POV until i find good stuff :)
Junkman goes so we don’t have to. Looks like it was lame
😵💫🥴🫨dizzy
i am no sure if Randy Quaid paid off all his creditors. so in theory, before u pay him (or any OJ type that owes money to 3rd parties, for different reasons), maybe U needed to ask him 'did u pay off all your creditors? and if not, how can i support any actor that does not pay his bills?'//
Randy also said 'he never much liked the clothing he was given (for doing movies). eg: Caddy shack 2, did not provide randy with clothing he wanted to keep, post production.
nice walk thru
they had enough space to put a maze in // no wet t shirt contests either //
some vendors really have a LOT of inventory. one can only hope (star wars' shout out) the vendors sold enough inventory to cover their costs God Bless
another thing i would like to see is a 'MallRats' set up. 'the dating game' have some singles from the convention floor set themselves up for a date with one (person).
But i have to admit i have never seen a convention Honor the Kevin Smith by putting a cheap version of his dating game out on a convention floor.
Note: i would have the contestants be in costume.// all the contestants the the person to date with, would all be ready willing
for example 3 females but all dressed up as some fictional character, or in full blue / green make up all 3 vying to date the (could be a dude, or a female, depending on the sexuality of the 3 costumed contestants).
i have wanted to date one of them blue skinned girls Not much for the green skinned girls from star trek, as they r all controlling and powerful. //
fictional character dating game coming to a convention floor (near some Body, some time). // give photos of the two, pre and post date, with the contestant being on the first or 2nd day of a 3 day convention = showing pictures from the date on a big screen (on the 2nd or 3rd day). // I guess no Body thinks about this stuff
