I appreciate you sharing your experience being a dealer there. Sounds like it was good overall. Had a clean setup and learned some things to apply next time. Here's hoping the next one is even better.
Thank you! I had a great time and am very happy with how everything turned out in terms of my wall/set up. Show was a lot of fun and I was very happy with the sales so I’m looking forward to the next one too!
Thank you so much for the shout out! You had a great booth, really loved you talking through how you set it up and the thought that went into it. Look forward to seeing you again.
Just seeing your channel and subbed! Great vid man. I 💯agree on the price gun, i couldnt take my own handwriting after a while and i thought it seemed professional. Keep up the great vids! 👍🏼
Hey bro! For this to be your first time as a dealer, you definitely had a pretty nice setup. Your display wall had a nice mix of desirable Silver, Bronze and Copper, with a few modern-day items sprinkled in. It certainly would have caught my attention had I been walking by. You also displayed a nice mix of long boxes. Your whole setup was definitely for big boy buyers, folks looking to spend some serious cash. As for your labels, A-thru-Z works just fine, no need for individual title labels unless you just wanna do 'em. You definitely put a whole lot of time into preparing the items as well as setting up. Sounds like you definitely recouped the cost of paying for that booth. And it's super-cool that other dealers came over and bought from you. As for that NIGHTWING #93, I think many are still sleeping on that, because I got a very nice copy for $8.00 a couple years ago. I have seen it for as much as $35.00 but not everywhere. It seems to be a comic you can get if you just search patiently. But yeah, glad you didn't have to pay employees to help you out. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks man! Yeah I made sure to make my booth as clean and organized as I could. Super happy with how the wall and everything else turned out. I did very well in terms of sales for the show. It was well worth the effort and very rewarding to deal with other collectors. I’m hoping to do the show next year as well!
Very professional setup. My only advice would be to delete the low wall shelf and try not to put so many books on the wall. It’s nice for buyers to see most of the cover of the books and to be able to see most of the shelves from a greater distance to draw people in. Put the stuff up there that will draw them in. More keys in your boxes (instead of the wall) is fine.
He had some great stuff! And yes they were about that much! He was friendly, bought a bunch of stuff off of me. Sorry, I usually try to respond to all comments but must’ve missed this one
