Keeping the cancerous enemy spam is probably their way if showing people that the game is kid friendly
This is likely banned because it obviously has huge exploits and bugs. I think the level is incredible, but I understand why it is. Enemy spam, while shit, is not doing anything the assets weren't designed to.

Well, I mean, if someone is able to beat glitched up levels, it's Nova. He's hard headed and determined enough to beat it and he won't quit until he does.

Just want to point one thing out: "Nintendo" did not ban anyone. People in charge of Mario Maker's online levels did it. "Nintendo" as a whole is mostly unaware of these small micromanaging decisions. The UA-cam thing with them striking Let's Plays..? *THAT* was Nintendo.
Blaming the whole of Nintendo for the decision of one administrative unit of one game they own is like blaming the country's president for getting fired at your job for some questionable reasoning your boss used.

No no, Psycrow makes amazing levels, but he isn't merely using tools from the provided toolbox; he uses his own, grown up, toolbox. He actually messes with external tools to create masterpieces. Ohh, and the oldschool TV is actually part of the game ;)

The first map had some great ideas, but I do think he pushed the glitching a little too far with the unpredictable giant enemies, and spawning random traps.
The part when you became a giant modern/SM64 Mario and the screen turned in to an 80's TV screen wasn't anything special, there's a 30th anniversary old school Mario amiibo that came out when Super Mario Maker did.

Yea, i dont get it either. Nintendo banned those levels but yet tolerate trollers to put invisible block so the player get stuck and have to start the level over again... It sort of new enemies and concepts.

The music that plays in the level select screen is the same as the music played in Mario Paint when you pressed the button to save/load your artwork.
Edit: As a matter of fact, the robot on the screen displaying the levels looks a lot like the robot that stored your artwork.
If you think about it, it makes sense why they don't want these maps out there. Mario Maker 100 lives challenges would be impossible
