Are you talking about the blue brackets clamped on under the body? Those are part of an older frame straightening system my Dad had for pulling uni-body cars. I added legs and plan to use that for my body cart.
I'm not sure what those are for. There wasn't anything bolted to them when I took it apart and I don't see them in the body manual. I wonder if they are brackets for a towbar since somebody else pulled the engine and trans then sold the car years ago. They might have just set that up instead of trailering.

@@RahkoRebuilds No. The ones at front horn area, where the bumper bracket bolt onto the frame.
