Him and bill Hader some of the best cast members on snl ever
Hello
Agreed! 😊😊
You were probably born in 2005
@@varolussalsanclar1163 1989 friend
Bill yes...but Fred??????
Fred Armisen... One of the most under recognized geniuses in media today.
He’s pretty recognised.
He’s incredibly famous for being funny.
@@ryanf2029 Agree he's pretty well recognized, but still astonishes me how many people I've met who have never watched Portlandia. They've heard of it, seen a clip or two, but that's it. Show was by FAR the best satirical treatment of the present day than anything else on TV. By contrast, SNL is STILL satirizing "local ads," a cultural form that was practically extinct back in the 1990s.
He’s incredibly funny but he apparently doesn’t have any relationship skills. May be a difficult person to work with.
Love Fred
Those accents were spot on though. Like, he knows the little details to each one that makes them distinctive. Great impressions!
He's subtle too. For the 60s, he didn't just go for the stereotypical hippy thing.
the vocal fry was so spot on! I take online courses and most "teachers" and presenters have it!
Yeah
Quiet now!
Nah, his 1900s-1950s was shit. Seth McFarlane is infinitely better at period specific voices.
More Fred PLEASE!!! ……and thank you in advance!
The vocal fry conference call lmao
This is the first time Fallon is genuinely laughing and having fun!!
Fred Armisen is a genius...he elevates everything to a higher level of brilliance.
But...what about the '80s, Fred?!
That's what I said , literally hahaha
My favorite comedian. The only one that makes me laugh. He’s brilliant. He has that kind of humor that says: what? What did I say?
That was really good - Armisen is at times more of a social anthropologist than a comedian... A fallback if the nighttime gig didn't work out. Portlandia was a gem!
I love him. He's so versatile... I love his imitation of Prince, from Saturday Night Live. Who would have thought. But he is spot-on.🤣
I loved him since then and he is a musician.
Man, his ear for accents and his ability to do them, is second to none. Watch anything you find on him doing accents and you'll be amazed at how detailed he is.
The
@@Noorwala2023 The what?
I lovvveeeddd the show Portlandia. That shit is hilarious.
OMG 😱 I LOOOOVE Fred Armisen!! 🙌 Not just his accents, but his cadence throughout the decades! Fk, he makes me laugh so Haaarrrd!!! 😂😂😂😂
Is it just me or is Fred looking more and more like Tom Hanks?
He is not. He looks exactly as FRANK GRIMES, the Simpsons' "Homer's enemy" episode.
That was Tom hanks
NO
A mixture of Tom Hanks and Gilbert Gotfried
That’s exactly what I was thinking
the amount of fun these two are having is so good
Fred is awesome. He is so funny💜👍😂
All the time.
I could listen to Fred talk Allll day 😍😍♥️
he is sadly very underrated
So talented
We want all the cut material that the ding dongs in the audience didn't think was funny, but were probably fantastic displays of their chemistry. Fred Armisen is so damn underrated...
Audience thinks tik tok stars are geniuses nowadays tho. Crying shame!
How on earth is it possible that this man hosts the tonight show. Sign of the times
Oh my God, I can't wait for the new series to come on! I absolutely love documentary now!!! Fred Armisen is so hilariously funny! I honestly think he is one of the funniest people ever! So talented and funny. Can't wait to watch the new one! If you've never seen any of them honestly you've got to go back and watch all the way from season 1 they are hilarious!! I am so excited!!😆😆😆😂😂😂❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
that's your choice
helle hay ride with us in the middle finger emoji
Simmer down. It'll all be ok.
The documentary seems more interesting than any other documentary I watched in school....
You can tell what good friends they are 😍🥰
Probably one of the most perceptive comedians working today, an observational genius
Fred Armisen seems like he's putting on a character everytime he leaves his house
The accents bit was amazing!! I didn't know about "Documentary Now", I'll try to check it out.
That was so spot on and brilliant.
Good chemistry here man, but doc now needs more recognition for sure
so much of this is just fred armisen and jimmy fallon being friends and i love it
So many cuts and jumps in that video probably because Fred and Jimmy were having such comedic chemistry that they had to cut out a lot of material.
pnoipr8 - they cut the whole 80s though 😭
I. Love. Fred. Armisen.
Fred is simply a genius!!!
WTF. My uncle was growing up in the 50's and that accent hit me like a truck. Really accurate!
How many of You Like Mlpenos From Brooklyn 9 9 .....🤣😂
*Mlpe(clay)nos the clay is silent
He was great in The Dictator always great cameos
@@adelina8604 thank you!
@Jasiel Rosas Almeida wow thanks for that, I spent the whole video looking for Fred Armisen 😂😶
Mlepclaynos
I love the way he laughs.
fantastic chemistry
I love Fred's voice so much.
freds fucking brilliant. i was so sad to see portlandia end but i love documentary now
And now the 2020's is just a mixture of uncontrolled screaming and crying.
I love fred so much everything he's in is so entertaining
GOD i love fred so much
Love Fred.
Fred’s hilarious like always❗️🤣👏🏼
I agree, lol
Love him!!
I love him ❤️
We need an uncut version of this.
Fred really brings out Jimmy's best qualities - they are trigger-ready to launch into bits together at all times
Literally my Favorite Comedy 😂😂
That accents bit is brilliant
The body slamming art. Literally. 🤣
Lol, Fred’s the best!
Always!
Luv u Fred. I grew up in Portland Oregon and ur Portlandia skits just killed me.❤️
Watch the Documentary Now episode on Grey Gardens, episode 1. Bill Hader as little evie is so spot on!! I was dying!! and then the ending throws you for a loop.
anyone agree if they made a honey i shrunk the kids movie reboot he would be great to play the Wayne Szalinski's (Rick Moranis) role
Yes, because Fred Armisen has always looked to me like Rick Moranis, but like a current-era hipster version.
3:35
"Violently lunging ourselves into the canvas, so even when we left, we would remain"
DEAD lmao
the manufacturer and the farmer ... i'm dying
How cool was that?? Spot on.
Saw this guy in Portlandia and decided I enjoy his work a lot :) lol
One of the best comedy shows of the decade, no doubt.
Everything Fred touches is GOLD! I wish I had knew he was here in Hungary! O_o Kind wishes from Budapest
Absolutely insane talent.
Fred is a beast that was impressive
Kristin Wiig does an amazing 1940s Hollywood accent.
Yes! More "Documentary Now!"
Might have to check that out, seems funny
Roxanne Guenette watch the grey gardens episode
Spare-me-your-sorrow was about to say the same
Doc now is the best thing
I like how jimmy is in this interview he’s being real
Please! Please! Release the whole uncut video of this. I’m sure a tonne want to see that..
why is Fred kind of daddy ???
Fred is so daddy 🔥🔥🔥
Daddy AF 😩😂.
Day 37292243 without sex:
Lol
Faye Yang he’s known as a ladies man or whatever you want to call it. Dead serious.
thats hysterical
Vocal fry. A maddening affect.
I love him 😘
Batsh*t Valley, Sandy Passage, Final Transmission, and Soldier of Illusion are absolute masterworks.
jimmy looks so happy
Fallon is smarmy, phoney and oily but Fred is a pure gem. Only reason i would watch this show. Go Fred, go!
Nice!
i need the californians back sir.
agree, one of the best skits ever and pretty zinta 😍💞
@@nurmadihahbintizulkifli1734 same, cheers.
Violently launching ourselves into the canvas...😂🤣😂
The painter character's painting was like the HANGOVER 2 of paintings.
The 80's? The intro of the "valley girl" speak... like, oh my god! And surfer jive... Totally bit it, on that bitchin' wave, brah!
Fred is my favourite celebrity
God Fred is brilliant 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
Fred is a genius
His 90s impression is also a perfect Tom Ford impersonation!
So, everybody spoke like Michael Jackson in the 70s? lol
Ed Miller it’s just fun bro
No, we didn't speak with a high pitch, just very calm and softly.
Fallon genuinely has fun with his snl friends
Tight vid length 🔥🔥🔥
Am I the only one who pauses the vids right before the end music plays?
Wes Thomas - You are not alone in that race to hit the Stop button. I find the end music on SNL videos is particularly annoying.
@@MrDino1953 Thank you! Same here!
@@westhomas5870 sorry got distracted by your sexy pic😍 #nicetats
repeat the question😂
@@ArgChica Thank you!
50s impression was the funniest 😂😂
I miss Portlandia
Great show.
Such a shame there is nothing that even resembles it today. Honestly, I'd take a mediocre, watered down Hollywood studio remake, but they would rather produce another warm and fuzzy family comedy, with sexual titillation lightly sprinkled over the whole.
Can I just “have” Fred, please. 🤟🥳🥰💞😁
I weirdly enjoyed this very much.
2:08 The 70's bit reminds me of Mr.Van Driessen from Beavis & Butthead
Fred is one of the only comedians that makes me laugh
Lol damn. I suggest checking out a bunch of old comics. You ever watch Mitch Hedberg?
Someone needs to do a doc on the making of that show.
fred is a genius
I want to buy Fred a drink and listen to his accents
why'd he skipped the 80's?
Probably because nothing interesting happened in the 80s
Or because the bit wwsnt interested
Maybe his impression of Bobcat Goldthwait isn’t quite up to par?
Brandon Rankin cocaine’s not interesting?
He skipped many decades. He wasn’t doing it by decades.
him, bill hader, andy samberg are my fave male cast
HEY JIMMY FALON!💕❤I LOVE YOUR TONIGHT SHOW ITS MY FAVOURITE!!!😍❤😍❤❤😍❤
He doesn't read the comments sorry
