Thank you Corey. I got caught up in all of these guys channels and false doctrines. I know you're coping so much flack for this but its a such a service to the true belivers God wants to save and correct. Thank you for this 😊
Amen!Amen!Amen!…Thank you for standing on and for the truth of the Gospel. I’ve been praying for the sheep being affected by these wolves in sheep’s clothing.🙏🏾
I just heard Mike Signorelli speak on these things, he’s not teaching sound doctrine, absolutely not!! He’s using his own carnal understanding, and when you get saved, your Spirit gets saved, and as you read the Bible, especially the Epistles, you begin to walk in the Spirit and put these things into practice! It’s pretty simple, and these younger men are being high minded, even the Apostle Paul was concerned about new Christians being drawn away from the simplicity of the Gospel, like the serpent beguiled Eve with his subtle nature. Whatever family you come from, everyone came up from a family, whether godly or ungodly, and has a personality, that’s irrelevant, you’re now a new Creation, and you grow spiritually, not mentally or physically!! That’s silly! You’re completely right, Corey! I’ve noticed these younger men are not Biblically sound enough to be Pastors, maybe youth Pastors, but they’re all young in the faith, and they’re not qualified to be leading the sheep, not now at least! I’ve been critical of these UA-cam deliverance videos, it’s ridiculous, for one thing, because not everyone has demons, and if they do need any deliverance, it’s very simple, and you need to pray and minister one on one!! Demon slayer?! There’s no need for that, and these men are all friends, so it’s just very immature, and I do agree that what they’re teaching is wrong!
Corey, my brother, I have always found your content to be biblical, well thought out, and edifying. Your points are well made, and I learn a lot from watching your You Tube videos.
it's funny because reading the statement, I get where he was going with the breakdown of scheme, etc. But it still has nothing to do with his message of generational curses. If our experiences is the "creator" in this scenario, that shaped our "scheme" then once we are reshaped in the image of a new creator, the real Creator, then that "scheme": outcomes, way of being, thinking, acting, will begin to change as well. The Most High is a chain breaker.
Corey, haha, I'm sitting here trying to give you the benefit of the doubt because I really like your demeanor and approach (more than others). You're academic-ish and semi respectful of me. But here's the issue: I never said "generational curses." This sermon is about our mind/thought life. We all have inherited thoughts from culture (which is undeniable), in which we've been "formed." I know your stance on generational curses, but this particular sermon isn't about that. I've had other Greek scholars review what I typed and sent in your last video, and they confirmed the accuracy of my usage and exegesis, as it relates to the analogies I used in the sermon. I think that's the biggest gap here. I gave Greek word breakdowns, then created an extended analogy (caterpillar/cocoon). YOU missed the entire point, and it's very obvious. Greek isn't necessarily hard to understand. Where you and Chris are getting caught up is root word, word origin, and parallelism....all as it relates to an extended English analogy I used to explain the meaning of the scriptures I quoted. I'm not making it up. I am able to teach. The heart of this is denominational. You, for example, wouldn't be welcomed to teach/preach in my denomination. I'm not calling you false, but you hold different interpretations about the gifts of the Spirit etc... so, here's what I'm proposing, in good faith: since you are passionate about Greek, the next time I utilize a Greek explanation in a sermon, would you be willing to collaborate with me ahead of time, and I'll give you an opportunity to speak into it? Let's shift from reactionary to pro-active. Now, clearly, you hold some positions that even other Greek scholars don't agree with...let's be wise and acknowledge that even mastery of Biblical/Historic Greek doesn't produce a unified alignment of doctrine across denominations. Wouldn't that be nice though?! That's my point. I hope your listeners have the ability to listen to you and understand that there are various perspectives on these issues, even within orthodox Christianity. This whole "holding accountable" language on UA-cam sounds really admirable, but what no one is acknowledging is that these silly UA-cam conversations are mostly denominational differences within Protestantism--- not "Bereans" calling out "heretics." haha Let's jump on a call sometime soon Corey. Much love
Rebuke an elder publicly does have a Biblical warrant. See 1 Tim. 5:19; "19 Do not receive an accusation against an elder except from two or three witnesses. 20 Those who are sinning rebuke in the presence of all, that the rest also may fear." The New King James Version (Nashville: Thomas Nelson, 1982), 1 Ti 5:19-20.
Mr. Corey… I recently received the outline for the different Offerings under the law and the timeline in the OT that you allowed us to screenshot. Do you have something similar for the NT… like who is speaking and the audience because one of the greatest misunderstandings is what was meant for who? Thanks! Hope you see this. 😊
Yes, Jesus did tell those people who came to Him for healing or deliverance, Do you believe I can do this? Jairus daughter, who died, her father heard of Jesus, and he obviously had faith in Jesus being able to heal his daughter, because he heard of Jesus’s miracles! When Jesus went in to his daughter after she died, He said, Don’t fear, just believe! I DID have a demon cast out shortly after I came back to the Lord, it WAS deliverance, I had a demon, but it wasn’t a Hollywood movie spectacle, I was prayed for, I already had rededicated my life to the Lord, so the Holy Ghost was in me, and Jesus just cleaned house, the thing came out in 2 seconds, and I just had to stay in faith, resist any doubts that came in, and then pray, read my Bible, and be in fellowship with believers and be under a Pastor with sound doctrine! I can tell these young men are immature, and it may be in their best interest to call it out!
I really wish people would learn to be grown and leave the name calling and tantrums and one ups at home. And have real discussions... Its not about you its about scripture. This is a form of tongues, not traditionally in thought but I believe it's far closer to the truth of what Paul meant... its telling someone what is in scripture plainly and them not hearing you, they are without understanding and loosely throw text around to mask lack of understanding. We often think of tongues in terms of sound, but if you've ever sat and tried to have a Biblical conversation with someone who cannot understand anything coming out of your mouth, thoufh they are looking right at you, you feel you've broken it down quite plain... And you are speaking the same language .. you are speaking Heavenly things carnal minds can't grasp no matter how you break it down. And they resort to name calling and puffy pride... Smh again a weak form of masking ignorance. I heard a man once jokingly say to another, "I dont understand what you're saying... I mean i know all the words I've just never seen them in that order"... Its funny but its true.
Sorry, off topic a bit… CAN YOU DO A VIDEO ABOUT ISAIAH SALVIDARS DELIVERANCE VIA ZOOM? Please, for family that are confused by the hype of these demon slayers!
I care about the doctrine, the theology, and the blatant lies on God, Christ, and the Holy Spirit through the twisting of scripture. To me that makes it personal because to lie on the three most important people in life is unacceptable of someone who proclaims themselves to be apart of the same family of God.
