The France Fly Tying Tutorial

This is a simple core competition pattern for a lot of member of Fly Fishing Team USA and the US Youth Fly Fishing Team. It comes from former youth world fly fishing champion Hunter Hoffler. It makes a great imitation for baetis nymphs or other small mayflies.
I typically fish the fly as part of a one or two fly Euro nymph rig described in our film Modern Nymphing.

Gilbert Rowley yes I filmed it on the GH5. Cropped it from 4K a bit since it was small on the screen with the size 18. I'd like to get a macro down the road for small fly tutorials and obviously other shots.
