I used to work at a restaurant/cafe and we did a drink where you whisk honey into the espresso while it’s still hot then pour it over oat or almond milk with ice & cinnamon you should try it!! you would love it :)

i’m so glad you posted a morning routine! i miss when people posted morning/night routines so much, please do a fall night routine soon!
If you don’t feel hungry in the morning right away then you shouldn’t pressure yourself into eating! Have breakfast when you feel hungry - everyone’s body functions are different. I wake up at 6 most of the days but have my first meal only around 10/11. Tested my hormones and they are all in check 😌so I think the key is just listening to your own body ☺️

ex barista here- I learned there are SO many factors that affect the espresso shot. it's crazy, there's a lot of science involved. don't feel frustrated if you feel like you can't get it to be consistent

You can use a dosing funnel when you use the needle distributor. It looks like a circular ledge that fits on the portafilter. It let’s you stir and break up the grounds without leaving a mess on the counter. I’ve seen some circular ones that you just rotate and helps distribute the grounds but they’re either super pricey or not long enough to get through the full tin

One thing that I notice a lot in Maggie’s videos (not just her videos) is that every vlog she buys new clothes, it’s like it’s never enough
maggie! use an eye cream during the day!! at night you don’t always have to as i heard it causes water retention
