To be honest, with the abysmal lack of support from Mooer, after buying the GE300, that will be the last Mooer product in my arsenal.
I feel that Mooer are abandoning their customers.
I personally, have emailed Mooer support no less than 6 times and not once did they respond.
I had trouble with The P1 so I looked all over the Mooer website for information - There was nothing useful and That inspired me to return the P1 whence it came !! (whence means from where) It is MONO !! You can't have mono echo or Reverb what use is that to your ears !!
That's enough for me to not buy this product. Thanks for the info. I'm sick of companies that don't support the customers.

It only responds to the Mooer footswitch. There's no other BT Midi options

No, you can't
Looks promising but Id wait for a more reliable brand to release something like this. Mooer's support sucks. Im sure the app used in the P1 will be abandoned after a year or so. Somthing to consider especially for any "app-dependent" device.
I recently received the Mooer P1. Unfortunately, it seems as if the device is built entirely in mono. Both reverb and delay are mono. Even if I play songs via Spotify via the Mooer, they are only played in mono. Can anyone confirm this or is it just operator error?
Yes I have returned mine as Mono is so last century !! I am a bit spoilt as all my production gear is Stereo

I’m trying to figure out info on the eq for the P1. How many bands? I see a lot of 3 band with the treble , mid, and bass. Does it give you more control of the eq? I think i saw a 4 band in global settings for one of the pics online. Any info would help.
Thanks for an excellent and thorough review. At around 11:30 you mention that using the P1 in a live gig is "stretching its capabilities". How so? What exactly is less than optimal in live gigs?

Mainly the access to the different tones, if you only need up to 4 basic tones to do the gig, then it works well. If you need to switch back forth between different more than 4 sounds within a song then you're better off with a dedicated multi-button FX unit. The lack of expression pedal and switchable efx blocks also limits its usability for me. For the gig, I "made it work" as opposed to 'yep, it can handle anything"

Is there Global EQ?
I find this critical when running it in my FRFR cabinet or you get a bunch of frequencies that will result in tremendous ear fatigue and quiet frankly ear damage. I've experienced this issue with the Mooer Preamp X2 and Mooer Micro Preamps, you HAVE to get another pedal to cut these frequencies or you'll destroy your ears, no exaggeration.

@@mjsound12 save clean and distortion preset on the same bank..there is a pedal accessory you can buy..so technically you can use it in a live performance.

It's similar. I expected to sign in with my GE Labs profile but it seems to have its own cloud. This could probably serves as an interface for GE Labs if you bypass all the P1 effects, but I think that would be redundant

Nice video just a quick question. When using the foot pedal to switch between banks are there 4 settings per bank and if so how many presets can you have? A video going into the pedal functions would be fantastic.
Well, 10 Banks (0-9) of 4 presets per bank = 40 Presets :) The Mooer YT channel has videos on the footswitch, the functions are pretty much the same as on the GTRS guitar

Indeed ang ganda ng Mooer Prime P1. You indeed it has loaded tons of effect l, amps and Cab Sim to make guitar practicing be convenient with out disturbing even my sleeping dog.
However, just a question..I do experience some clipping sound every time I tried recording via its Type C port connected to my phone..any advise here idol.
Oops just conducted isolation test to find where the noise is coming from…it from my bad Type C to Type C USB Cable..lesson learned…buy a good Type C to To Type C cable..hahaha

Fantastic demo and some sweet playing as well. Love the looper with drums feature. I spend a lot of my practice time just noodling without either and this would definitely help make that option accessible.
